Marks and Spencer Restaurant in Preston

Went in today to ask a question,not for a fitting of a bra. The lady said she was fully booked and could not answer my question. I will try Deepdale store in future.

Cross one time I visited there was only 1 cashier available and long queue.I will not use the self service machines. Out of principal and they often need an actual member of staff to correct something

Quality. Small shop but you can find the most essential.

Shop from time to time for bits from food stuff to clothes. Went in today to return something were the seam's had come undone. Not realizing the seam that had come undone was were the label had been. When looking at a nother 1. The price ticket had been attached to the label. Are return just had a hole were a label had been. It was swimwear and only used twice. With no label on the garment no exchange. The swimwear cost £25. And we paid another £10 for repair also stitched down the side seam's to make the garment stronger. Would shop again if I had to. But will be checking the item before I buy. With shops closeing in Preston and not much here.Be heading to Blackpool for any future clothes shopping

I dashed in today in need of some new pants before having to jump on the train - Helen and the person on the till jumped right to it - what a kind bunch x

Not sure how to review them but I am a very regular customer especially for their clothes, home/furniture and bedroom stuff, food especially their fresh fruits and vegetables. Marks and Spencers are known to be expensive and a place for posh people but you get what you pay for. I still have clothes I bought from them 8 years ago. Duvets, beddings, mirrors, bed sheets, etc ‘zs

The supermarket is excellent and the Cafe is my favourite place there. Quiet, friendly staff and reasonable prices with quality coffees. I love its atmosphere and the natural light. Highly recommended especially on sunny days when you can enjoy your morning coffee more.

If you are looking for waist 32 in jeans/chinos then forget going M&S I can 100% guarantee they won't have that size.

Visited the cafe today for snacks and coffee. Unable to demonstrate social distancing due to the amount of tables crammed too close together. Was very busy with most tables full of used crockery. Only 3 front of house colleagues, one on till, one making drinks and one poor boy bringing out food orders. Felt very sorry for them having to work so hard.

Arriving at the store at 8am was a bit early for me but when the missus needs a bottle of gin I have to get it. From the moment the doors were open the staff were extremely polite and happy. I walked straight to the food hall and spoke to a staff member and wish I had got her name but she was lovely and extremely helpful. After explaining the reason for my visit the staff member went off into the back to check the delivery which had just come in. Unfortunately it was a no they didn't have any. she then advised what she was working over the next couple of days and took my number to contact me should they get any in. On leaving two more staff asked how I had got on and then suggested the food hall at Deepdale Retail Park, I did ask if they could find out and they advised the staff in the food hall could. So I went back to the food hall and spoke to a manager who requested another staff member to ring the other store. Whilst the staff member was speaking to the store at Deepdale the first staff member I spoke must have been on a mission and she appeared at the bottom of an isle and gestured me to come over. I went and I don't know how but she had found a bottle of the much sort after gin. The staff had all gone above and beyond and could have quite easily left it. I would fully recommend this store to visit. I would also like to say to the bosses of Marks and Spencer's you have great staff at your Preston Store and they are a credit to the brand.Thank you again to the staff who were working on the 05/12/2020
