McDonald's in Preston

I was helped today by Steve the manager and Molly a server who were the most polite and helpful staff I have ever dealt with. There was an issue with a voucher code I had and they resolved the issue for me and were exceptionally polite and professional. They are a credit to the company.

Everytime I've been staff are friendly and helpful. Food always yummy and quick. Nice place.

Too busy with Uber eats to bother about the orders for actual customers. I got a happy meal to take home for my daughter. When I paid on the touch screen thing it didn't give me a ticket so I had to ask what my order number was, that's not why I'm annoyed though- got home now and the happy meal box only contains 4nuggets and nothing else. Luckily I had got myself some fries so I gave her them. The food is ok, usually stone cold but since I was taking it home on this occasion I don't know if it was because I put it in microwave anyway.

OK so it was Xmas light switch on in town centre when we visited, so as expected was ridiculously busy, however, the service was pretty damn efficient and our human conveyor belt moved at speed. Only downside was the language and behaviour of a few individuals from the many groups of younger folk about. Trying to intimidate and cause trouble. I would have probably felt more at ease had I remembered to wear my hoodie and balaclava 😜

Took them over an hour to prepare two burgers and some nuggets. I have received the burgers very poorly put together. I paid for multiple dips and did not receive ANY of them. Horrible experince, there is another MCD in town, save your time and go to that one.

The staff here are very friendly and hard working. They make sure you feel welcome and you get your order as quickly as possible.

The upstairs seating area is frequently closed, meaning there is only a limited area downstairs. The experience is interrupted by the doors constantly opening to let in cold smoky air, as people frequently smoke in the door way. Not a pleasant experience.

One of the dirtiest McDonald I've I have ever been to. Trays and disregarded food everywhere. The person on the door was fairly rude when we told him we had scan the QR code to check in with NHS Covid app. Not an enjoyable experience.

Quick service as you would expect from McDonalds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They treat you like a family member. Food is always nice and fresh. Never really had a bad experience with the food there so far. The only thing is that bathrooms are in the first floor. No bathrooms in the ground so I am not sure how disables people would go upstairs. Maybe something for Macdonalds to sort out.

Veg burger is Ok not that great, but ambience is good, Anyone can spend some time here with friends and chill out. Veg wrap is pathetic. I only tried Veg, honestly saying its not worth it.
