McDonald's in Preston

Place was packed on arrival, but that's to be expected. Was able to get served in under five minuets. The staff were nice and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for my order and was able to sit down.

Recently visited with the kids and everything was expected. Just wanted to give a shout out to "Ty" for his excellent customer service on Sat 02/07/22. Always great to see someone go above and beyond.

I've been to this McDonald's a few times for an afternoon snack and have always had a positive experience.The seating is crammed in (as all town centre stores are) with bar style seating, family seating and two seater tables as you walk in.I have only ever sat near the entrance but I did spot they have some kids tables with ipad style screens to keep them entertained further towards the payment counters.The lady in charge of cleaning and clearing tables is always polite, helpful and efficient.I use the app to order, pay and select table service, firstly because I use crutches so walking with a tray is impossible, secondly I like to secure a table when it's busy and I'm on my own.The food and drinks have always been good, no problems with orders or items not being available.This time I ordered the Caramel Coffee McFrappe and the new Tiramisu McFlurry and they were both really good.A good experience and happy to visit again.

Efficient staff who have to deal with more than they bargained for.It was quite relaxing once I got my meals sorted

whenever i order something they always mess up or something’s missing (both delivery AND eating in store). i wouldn’t mind that since they always refund everything back but it sucks when you’re really craving something and they just forget to put it into your bag

I was helped today by Steve the manager and Molly a server who were the most polite and helpful staff I have ever dealt with. There was an issue with a voucher code I had and they resolved the issue for me and were exceptionally polite and professional. They are a credit to the company.

Everytime I've been staff are friendly and helpful. Food always yummy and quick. Nice place.

Too busy with Uber eats to bother about the orders for actual customers. I got a happy meal to take home for my daughter. When I paid on the touch screen thing it didn't give me a ticket so I had to ask what my order number was, that's not why I'm annoyed though- got home now and the happy meal box only contains 4nuggets and nothing else. Luckily I had got myself some fries so I gave her them. The food is ok, usually stone cold but since I was taking it home on this occasion I don't know if it was because I put it in microwave anyway.

Quick service as you would expect from McDonalds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They treat you like a family member. Food is always nice and fresh. Never really had a bad experience with the food there so far. The only thing is that bathrooms are in the first floor. No bathrooms in the ground so I am not sure how disables people would go upstairs. Maybe something for Macdonalds to sort out.

One of the dirtiest McDonald I've I have ever been to. Trays and disregarded food everywhere. The person on the door was fairly rude when we told him we had scan the QR code to check in with NHS Covid app. Not an enjoyable experience.
