Moor Nook Chippy in Preston

Brilliant chippy whose best attribute is the Chinese chicken curry. The chips are absolutely brilliant.

Always a queue. In a very residential and estate type area. Don't accept card payment. It's not uncommon to be one a victim of someone's bad mood. We usually end up with something missing or wrong. We visit because it's local and has good opening hours. Most people seem to send very young kids with very long lists here??

Pretty decent local chippy..the food was still hot by the time i got home and is price accordingly with other chippy's in the local area..it's clean and the staff are welcoming..

Always love this plaice (see what I did there), no really, I had cod & chips, decent size fish, & plenty of chips. Love the fact you get a choice of 3 curry sauces (hot/spicy, Chinese, or chip shop). Missus had sausage & chips with gravy, all equally lovely 😀

How a chippy should be. Run well. Plenty of staff with character and obviously well liked by local residentsWe are now regulars there. The specials deals are better priced than anywhere else locally I know of
