Mr Joe's in Preston

Waited 2 hours 30 minutes for the food to arrive. I called the store 3 times and got nothing but rudeness and lies, when it finally arrived it was stone cold! I don't know why uder eats bother having them on the app.

people please stay away.worst food i have eat ever.i think all those five stars are familiy the tast of the pizza was horrible+ found hair in the donner kebab🤮🤮avoid this place there are few in the same street clean and tasty food like fresh and fast..aliz..Sandos.....

Went to sit in and eat with my mate.1st thing we noticed is that it's disgusting everywhere it's as if no one cleans up the place.We order the popcorn chicken and chips and bossman says 'okay' and says an amount that was higher than what the price said on the menu and when we corrected him he said 'oh sorry my mistake'.Then we waited about 15-20 minutes which is long for just popcorn chicken and chips and it had finally been ready.ONLY A QUARTER OF IT WAS POPCORN CHICKEN AND THE REST WAS A LOAD OF CHIPS.Wasn't very tasty either definitely a waste of money.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Best food in person and the people are super nice

Everything was tepid and barely warm, the pizza dough wasn't cooked through and the fillet supream wasn't fit for a dog, stale bun too. The chips tasted like they was microwaved.

Terrible takeaway food was an 1 hour late every time I rang the guy on the phone didn't seem bothered I tried to ring a 3rd time and they just ignored my call then the delivery driver had the audacity to stand and argue at the door with me over £1, terrible food terrible service wouldnt recommend. Donner burger definitely wasn't a 1/4 was the exact same as the 1/2

Our food was delivered an hour late. We called them twice and were told the driver was only 2 mins away both times. When the food arrived we asked the driver when he'd left the shop and he told us it was 30 mins since he left the shop. We live a couple of miles from the shop so he was clearly doing lots of drop offs to different addresses. Good luck whoever is next.

ordered from mr joe’s website, the delivery time at start was 25 minutes; only after completing checkout did it change to 1 hour delivery time. called after 1 hour 30 minutes, they hung up. driver arrived after another ten minutes. food was cold, order was incorrect, salad that should have been on the kebab was in a box, no sauce when sauce was ordered. this place has gone downhill recently and will not be ordering from here again.

No salad and disapointing amount of sauce in dona kabab. Does not deserve to be on deliveroo. Waste of money. Try "most wanted" make better kabab for less money.
