Nando's in Preston

As always food was delicious. First time I tried salad and I wasn't disappointed at all.

Enjoyed our meal here. Our server, Erin, was really helpful. She recommended some great dishes and was very attentive. Food arrived quickly despite it being a busy Saturday night. Will definitely be returning soon.

You can’t go wrong with Nando’sI like their food, always nice and fresh. Not a big fan of the type of cheese they put in the burgers, but that is just personal opinion.StaffAlways very friendly and happy to help all customers in everything to make their experience nice.Food:As I said always good. But I think there is room for improvement.The cheese the use for burgers for example not the best when it comes to burgers as it doesn’t fully melt. The coke I have from the machine is not fizzy enough, sometime a little on the flat side. Chips are always good.I tried their chocolate cake, but I was not impressed just like any chocolate cake you get the only addition was a portion of (cream) on the side (cream not ice cream). 😅

Wow! I have been to 10+ Nando’s restaurants up and down the country, Preston market place is far the best!!! A huge massive thank you to ROBIN who made my nieces birthday party amazing by delivering an outstanding customer experience. We booked a table for 15 and robin ensured our service was nothing but exceptional. I hope this review gets out to her boss and highlights how wonderful our day was thanks to robin

A little busy and on the pricy side for the dish sizes of some meals but very friendly staff, food was delicious and nicely presented along with a great selection of different options on the menu. Convenient location too. 🙂

It took us 15 minutes just to order through using a QR code that didn't work properly. Table service was poor, they got our order wrong and the chicken itself was burnt and lost all of its flavour.

One of the staff (lady) seemed like they didn’t want my friends and I to eat in, she told us it would be around a 20 minute wait and when one of the male workers said they could get us in sooner perhaps, the lady was giving him a glare as if she didn’t want us to stay. Very weird experience.However, the food was delicious as it always is at Nando’s!

Friendly helpful staff. Easy to order via QR code. Prompt service. Good atmosphere. Food tasty. We had the boneless sharing platter with choice of 4 sides.

Scan QR code and wait went well, was slightly quicker than the estimated time, allergy order dealt with by manager properly and the amount of people in the restaurant was very sensible. Had a good experience was really nice to eat in again after about a year! Only downside was me ordering plain food just to be on the safe side after all this time!

Best social distancing (Sept 2020).Booked a table by scanning a code at the entrance. seated.. ordered online and was delivered to table.Chicken amazing as usual.Dessert was salty chocolate cake which was amazing.Loved the food and the order and distancing process.Recommend this place.
