Oceans Fish & Chips in Preston

Went here in the last couple of days, fish is alright but the chips hardly any decent size ones just bits and sharp as hell, we asked the waiter why they are not doing the big anymore and he said they are just doing these thin scraps

Sublime food.. never tasted fish and chips like it absolutely blew me away ❤️ quick and friendly service, will definitely be coming back.. 5🌟

I cant fault the food or service, but when i visit a restaurant i would prefer to sit in some comfort. i left there in so much pain, the chairs have been upcycled with wooden slats that are so hard and uncomfortable

Lovely portion of haddock, decent size and thickness. Proper thick chips, but crispy. Great service. Like that the menu has been extended now with some other meals. Grandma loves this place, sure she visits every week

Being on a tight time line we asked when ordering how long to service, which was 20mins.30 mins later after one table walked out we found there was another two tables to be served before us, so we walked out as well. Therefore we can't review the food because the service is shocking.Had they given us a realistic time we would have accepted it wouldn't fit our time line and looked for an alternative. Their poor service resulted in us missing lunch.

Distinctly average. Very poor slow service, I've had far better fish and chips and the drinks were served in incorrect measures. Really sorry to have to post this but its all 100%true

Expected chippy chips, very disappointed. Worst chips I've ever had, dry and crispy.. more like a crisp. The fish was nice but expensive for what we received, sadly would not recommend or return. Would have shared our disappointed at the restaurant but no one ask us how our meal was.

Have eaten here a number of times and it is consistently excellent. Fresh, moist, beautifully white haddock in light, crisp batter with fab chips and mushy peas 😋The staff are professional, very efficient and friendly. A big thankyou to the whole team 🙏😁

Thoroughly enjoyed our fish & chips. Very good service too

This is without doubt our favourite Fish Restaurant. We have been coming here ever since it opened and (touch wood) I am yet to have a bad meal, bad experience or bad service, we thoroughly enjoy it, the food is full of taste and quality, pricing is more than competitive (Small Dish below @ £8.90) and service is relaxed and courteous. If you haven't yet tried this restaurant I would fully recommend it! 😊😊
