Pizza Hut in Preston

Clean with nice friendly staff. Salad bar was well stocked and seemed fresh. Pizzas ordered arrived in good time. Only thing I don't like is they've stopped taking cash

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful.The ordering of food was just right, not a hurried and plenty of time given if needed.The pizza was fully loaded and hot as was the garlic bread.Staff were keeping the restaurant spotless and ready for new customers constantly, not just a sweeping of crumbs onto the floor, they cleaned properly.The staff and food were miles better than most pizza restaurants I have visited.

As some of you may know, I post pretty positive reviews about the places that I visit. However, I cannot hide my disappointment. Don't get me wrong, Pizza Hut is absolutely incredible but this one time, I found a hair in my food A hair! I have never gone their since this day. They still gave me a refund...

Was not clean, bowls felt tacky, came down with a cold next day. There was a group of idiots running around leaving the ice cream running what a waste. Staff asked them not to do this but they just took no notice. As the idiots was leaving they put there hands in the salad bar and mixed the food up with there hands the staff never saw this i think they was a bit scared. As I was leaving I told the staff they had to remove the bowls and I hoped they put fresh salad out all round bad experience.

Came here on Sat about 6.30pm - young staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Pizzas all good - arrived quickly and piping hot and lovely desserts. Good food, reasonably priced with excellent staff and lively atmosphere.

Excellent customer service from all staff who were extremely helpful and kind! Got the Big Sharer for £29.99 and chose the Meat feast pizza on a deep pan as the main and it was really delicious. The side of chicken bites were nice but nothing special. The jalapeno poppers were something different and tasty although by the name I would have expected actual jalapenos and not red peppers inside but still satisfied.😄 Got unlimited ice cream as one dessert which I loved as it tasted really fresh and natural. Took the other dessert -chocolate brownie home as we were too full there 👌Enjoyed the unlimited salad bar with plenty of choices and different complementary sauces available! The only downside I have about this restaurant is the seating areas for two (picture of seats added from Google Images but from this specific restaurant). You sit from shoulder to shoulder about 20cm to the side of the other person with a wooden divider that isn't tall enough at all. This is way too close and you don't have the privacy to talk with the person you came with and neither do the people sat at the side. I noticed that we were not the only ones that had an issue with that as others seemed to have felt in an awkward position too when they couldn't enjoy their evening due to this. Luckily we managed to see an empty one right at the end which didn't have other seats on the opposite of the divider so that saved our evening. Please think about adding like an extra glass dividers on top in between these as this would really help to improve the experience for your customers 🙏

Still using the app instead of taking your order. No vinegar because of covid apparently 🙄 The chocolate brownie desert was still frozen, would of been better used as a door stop. Used to be regular customer, definitely won't be returning anytime soon

We were going to have the buffet until I went and saw the limp, dried out looking bits of pizza on offer. So we both chose 11" American pizzas which, TBH, were good. However the onion rings and, what purported to be fries, were awful. Pretty poor and we made a mental note never to go again.

Very polite and informative staff from the moment you walk in. Only accept care currently. Was quiet when we walked in lucky us. Lovely selection of pizza and pasta was absolutely scrummy. Toilets clean too.

Tonight's manager went above and beyond to make my daughters 21st birthday so special even though, they can't directly help with the cake anymore due to covid, she made a fuss, got another colleague to distract my daughter whilst she was at the ice cream machine, whilst we unboxed her cake, and lit her candles.. Thank-you so much. Took photos for us. Amazing team made everything so special food spot on, and Jo reserved a VIP section for us all when we booked online.. thanks guys
