Ordered pizza today it was all burnt when I called them to complain they asked for pictures which I sent them. They asked whether I’d burnt it by putting in the oven!!!!Very very bad unprofessional rude and disrespectful staff who don’t value their customers.Won’t ever be going to this takeaway again they have very badly trained staff!

I havnt been to this place in 2 years and the food is magnificent the workers are lovely and the worker with red curly hair is the best part of refreshment village

Been a happy customer for 30 years coz their Hot Shot pizza is always consistently the best, never had one like it, anywhere. Extra Garlic and Chile sauce on top and a side salad, living large. Always been greeted with a smile. Great work guys.

Absolute rubbish. Do not buy cheeseburgers because i have seen them pre-make them in the morning. The pizzas are awful, take a bite the whole topping comes off and you left with the base in your hand

Best kebab takeaway in Preston. I've been coming here for nearly 30 years. Same friendly staff and food always consistent not had a bad one yet.

Omg, why hadn't I tried this place before today. 18mths here and only 5 minutes away. Pizza the best, chips so crispy and tasty. Guy on counter, so friendly. Cracking customer service. I'm not gonna go anywhere else now, thanks guys. really thin base like Pizza Hut, cheaper and tastier. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

They made a mistake when I asked for the chicken shish they tried to give me a red meat shish dish which I think is lamb and thy did offer to remake the chicken shish I asked for which was decent of them so I had to wait longer for and in doing do I almost missed my bus. When the food was cooked I ordered the chicken shish and chips and it came to £6 and got a Pepsi in with the deal and it tasted nice. But be sure to make sure they know what your ordering.
