A nice and friendly place to drop into during a ride. Refule, chat and enjoy. Returned now that the Covid restrictions have been removed and Roots is back to the great little hub it has always been. Make sure it is on your route.

Cyclist delight. Good food reasonably priced.

·

This place is hidden away next to the canal and used by cyclist everyday. The food is all fresh local and tastes great 👌 well worth a visit if you're passing. Just off Bridge 30 if you're on the towpath go over the bridge and follow the road up and round the bend. You will see the barn just ahead and a friendly face to serve you.. A most enjoyable meal Top marks

A great cafe, friendly staff and quick service. A clean cafe, worth a visit

Used as a halfway house on a bike ride out from Leigh, Lancashire. Covid safe, quick service and a great outdoor area that was full when we left. Recommended
