Starbucks in Preston

Nice ambience. No AC on a hot day. No vegan cream. Staff friendly. Would recommend a visit. Free parking. Drinks full to the brim

Nice guys working there: friendly, patient, creative, always smiling and welcoming, very keen to please the client helping to get the best, ready to help....wow... amazing! The chocofrappuccino....good!

Left stood waiting to be served for an age while the staff either vacuumed a mat or ambled around behind the counter. The lady at the drive thru was waiting even longer than I was, staff clearly didn’t want to be there.

Worst Starbucks experience in Preston rude staff wrong order and didn't even know the items they had on the menu on display and wouldn't give us a card holder for the drink

The staff were friendly and professional, the coffee and cake were amazing. Couldn't fault my visit.

Often call in before going to PNE away games, spacious, clean...staff always friendly and the cakes are a delight

Only used the drive though but staff were helpful and offered to make me a white hot chocolate with ingredients they had even though it wasn't on the menu.

Great service and clean and tidy. Only minor inconvenience is that it's one way in and out of the car park but for traffic it totally makes sense.

Always a Starbucks lover. Even though the man who served us at the counter was a 5/5 for customer service, very polite, helpful and very patient with me as I chose what I wanted. It was the other lady who dropped the rating for us. She obviously didn’t want to be there and showed it very well!

Asked for a cold brew matcha latte so not something everyone gets of course, but the barista Sarah was so happy to help me out and attempt to make one, it was superb. She was very kind and cheery, honestly couldn't have asked for better service.
