Subway in Preston

Lazy, unprofessional staff!Sunday 3rd April ordered a BLT and two other subs, they added the meat then wrapped up the sub and asked for payment.I shouldn't have to ask for them to open the sub back up to add vegetables and sauce.Every other Subway leaves the sub open then politely asks what vegetables and sauce the customer would like.I won't mention what nationality we are.Please give the same quality service regardless of race.Disappointing in 2022.Buying a Subway should be tasty - we all left with a bitter taste...

It was a busy subway in town, and I was served quickly and was given plenty of veg in my meatball salad, with southwest sauce, I was served by a young man who was new to serving at subway but made sure that he got my order right, It was so nice not to be rushed through, the tables and floor was clean and tidy, I will be going back

Lovely young staff very polite, the only issue which wasn't their fault was the till had broken and also one of the ovens but still managed to explain to customers about a slight wait and couldn't apologize enough.

Staff are alright and place is clean and looked after, food is very hit and miss but it takes far too long to be served

Food was ok and the staff disinterested in customer service. What's there to expect from a fast food place?

clean inside and out, as you would come to expect, usual service levels, efficiently dealt with and then sat outside to have the meal, All in all 👍

I love going to Subway they have a lot to offer. Great food, brilliant staff service. Value for money. Get the app as lot's of stuff.

Ordered from Deliveroo... Meals came...Zero chicken on the 2 chicken and bacon 6" subs.. No sad bar pickle and and few sprigs of spinach on one and nothing but lettuce and onion on the other.... Absolutely appalling

I went today and had the best experience I have ever had at Subway. The young lady serving called Angelica was absolutely fabulous, so attentive and professional. She did not rush me as I was a bit indecisive, I left with the best sandwich I think I have ever had.
