Subway in Preston

Went to Subway to redeem the points I had saved to buy a snack for a friend.Got the 9 piece nacho bites as really nice women said it was fine. Unfortunately, she was wrong and manager said I have to either remove 3 pieces or pay extra. I was quite sad about this as I would have got the nachos instead.The manager was very cold, and not very nice. Rather than wasting the 3 pcs that had been roasted, they should have just left it, especially as I made sure before ordering that it was fine.Very disappointed. Not surprised that hardly anyone goes there. I hope they improve their customer service.

Great place to get food and the way the they presented the sub was sublime!

The guy who was serving was really lovely and attentive.Me and my friend had questions about the menu because it had been a while since our last visit (obvs).The food was standard as always. But the customer service was extremely memorable.

Bad customer service girl was rude and made a horrible sandwich not sure If I can blame her since subway started doing deliveries customer Servise has gone terrible two people were working but too much pressure I guess she was in panic any not going back there again on top of that Sunday think they are cash n carry 10 pence for a bag is ridiculous

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Woman who served me was careless and kept sighing, shrugging and clearly couldn't be bothered. Hash browns were cold because she shoved them in the oven with the bread rather than doing it properly. Waste of a perfectly good hash brown. Not happy. Would like to speak to a manager.

It's a Subway in Preston. - They now do a great selection of snacks as well as subs like the Chorizo mini pizza which is delicious. and they have flat bread too.. so all in all a much better range than before. So def worth a visit

Diligent and quality driven staff impressed me when refused to sell me the last but obviously old and saggy honey oat roll so I chose 9 grain instead. Cheap, good food served by pleasant staff

I go there daily, they know my order and i tend to have my sandwich made in a different way to usual and most of them don't need to ask me anymore they remember it which is good. So top marks on customer service.

served by the Shift leader (simona) who didn't seem to care about good customer service and making a decent sandwhich she literally threw my sandwhich together on some bread that quite clearly hadn't been baked properly and should have been thrown in the bin.
