The Plough in Preston

We held my sister's funeral wake here yesterday. The service, venue and food all excellent. Thank you to the staff.

Came in with a friend had a mixed grill each both being violently sick approx 2 hours afterwards think the chef needs some education on food hygiene..... which is a shame as the staff were nice and helpful hopefully this will continue with some kind of refund at the very least

First time out for a meal in this pub. 5 stars all round. Food was 10/10 all 5 meals. Great bar team helpful professional and friendly, Amy Courtney and Amelia thanks I will be back

Had a delicious meal on Monday. Good choice on the menu, excellent service, a relaxed atmosohere and very reasonable prices. Will definitely recommend to others.

Lovely atmosphere and a nice country feel. For starters I had the nachos and my partner had the fish goujons which he really enjoyed.For main I had one of the specials which was chicken kiev, unfortunately it was a bit dry which was disappointing however my partner had the mixed grill which he thought was delicious.Overall, it was a good meal with large portions in a lovely pub with faultless service. We would return and recommend.

Me and my family came in last minute this evening when the pub was busy yet within moments they made an effort to seat us when we wanted to dine. The service was quick and friendly and all meals were delicious. Overall we had a lovely evening as always.

Pub was clean , friendly staff, prices OK and food decent for price and we did get asked for an extra gravy or sauces, table we was a bit on was a tight for two people next to each other ( adults) but all 9 out 10 all round for the pub and meal , I would reckoned it and go again

Really lovely pub. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Food was beautifully cooked and hot on arrival. Children's menu was great, a good amount of choice
