Why 2 stars when the food is so great ? The service, this is a pattern with chain restaurants as most of the waiters/waitresses don’t really care two hoots (putting it politely) about the establishments reputation. Had to ask twice for my first drink, never got my second and tried to catch the attention of the so called waitress to get a final tipple prior to leaving. On three occasions, she clearly seen me nodding for some much needed customer attention but she chose to ignore and seemed far more interested in the football scores. I’m so fed up with this kind of service and it only seems to happen with chains. Food was very good but sorry dining out is not just about the food, only 6-7 active tables so not like they were busy either.

Excellent food with great service from Shahlaa, and we even bought a bottle of spicy sauce to take home.

Food was nice and service was good. The cocktails were brilliant, especially the pina colada. If I had any criticism the portions were small and limited choice of desserts. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, worth a visit.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would do. The restaurant was cold. The food we ordered was well over done and gave my partner stomach ache for days after. The staff pushed into a “bottomless brunch” order off the menu. The staff assured us in a pushy way it was a cheaper option so we obviously went with this. Cue the bill...... me and my partner had 0 alcohol as we don’t drink and 1 main course each with 5 mock tail between us . It came to £63.00. My partner questioned the bill and one member of staff became very rude and moody. We worked out if we purchased off the menu normally the bill would be £33.00 obviously half the bottomless brunch deal at £63.00. We then had to fight to get the difference paid back. An unpleasant experience to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic. Our first visit but it won't be our last. Food was spot on but the friendly staff is what made it such a top place. And 2 for 1 cocktails thrown in for good measure. My new favourite place to eat in Preston

What an absolutely amazing experience! As soon as we walked in the door we were made so comfortable. I had never been here before. It's safe to say I cant wait to go back.We were greeted by our server lewis this young lad was so polite and explained how everything worked to us as we were on the bottomless brunch. All the other staff where just as fantastic. I just dodnt get there names. But they are all credit to the turtle bay name. The bottomless brunch was fantastic 2 hrs of food and as many cocktails and beer as you can sup. Me and my girlfriend managed 32 cocktails. It was fantastic and it was my girlfriends birthday so she loved the experience just as much. We will definitely be back soon! What an outstanding establishment.Thank you.

Bottomless brunch was a success!! For around £28-£32 you get 2-hours of all-you-can drink cocktails and a choice of menu items. We tried all 23 cocktails on the drinks menu (which I’m told hadn’t been achieved before) which works out to be around £2 per cocktail and of course there’s brunch/lunch in there too. All very good and I’d highly recommend!Top tip: go early to avoid queues and waiting to be served 👍🏼

Really friendly waiter and good service but the food was bland if I'm honest. No spice at all and just a bit Chainy if that makes sense. This is trying to be a reggae restaurant but didn't have any atmosphere, lack of music to match and just a bit dull. Shame because I think it has the foundation of a really good place.Inconsistent portion sizes as well, mine was massive as was my daughters and yet my sons and wife's weren't nearly as big.Curry fries were niceCost wise 90 quid plus service for 4 people
