Umberto's in Preston

Absolutely gutted this place has closed. The staff are all friendly up for a chat while food is cooking always smiling which is refreshing food tastes great and cannot fault the prices Hope you guys open again soon

Really not impressed sadly, used to be a great a chippy a few years ago. I believe it has recently been bought out by new owners. Soggy, mushy and undercooked chips all in one, gravy as thick as motor oil. Will avoid sadly from now on.

Umbertos is a place with history when it comes to fish and chips, it didn't disappoint. Staff are friendly and chatty and show a good spirit to the place.A good selection on the menu along with a few special offer too.They operate in a way that is covid secure. 2 people in at a time a Perspex screen and staff wearing face masks.You can also pay by card if you wish.

Good quality food. Children's boxes are good value for money. Really good service. Would highly recommend. Best chippy in Preston.
