Costa Coffee in Ribble Valley

Costa, again. Yes they are all the same but the staff are what makes a place. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Something drastically wrong with this Costa. Drab surroundings, average service, luke warm drinks. Seriously needs a shake up. Could be so much better.

Been in this store several times and got a chilly reception off the same lady staff member on all occasions a smile would not be amiss. Last visit no choice in the chiller cabinet especially for vegans and not one plant milk available. I visit Costa Coffee regularly and this is the worst venue both for food choice and customer service.

Tables not wiped down. Used cups and plates left on tables and floor with food on. Not even busy, but no attempt to clean up.

Staff very polite coffee always good very coean

Member of staff working tonight was very rude, I came at 4.45 the place was closed when asked the staff working he said that he wanted to leave early so closed the shop.

This is not just another Costa. Coffees here are always up to highest standard - flat whites are fantastic and cappuccino will pass the spoon test every time. All served by very friendly staff. Love this place.

So enjoyed sitting upstairs by the window enjoying a cheese and bacon toastie and hot cocoa! Clitheroe is a wonderful spot for small village shopping and relaxing!

Another 'chain' coffee establishment, lived up to expectations. A deliciously fresh piece of cake, enjoyed with a hot coffee. Nice & spacious inside, plenty of tables for 2's or 4's to sit & chat. Have no problems returning here for another visit.
