Dixy Pizza and Chicken in Ribble Valley

Food is just awful and an absolute rip off but they've got the monopoly on a small town

Used to really love this place but it's definitely gone down hill in the last year. Given it the benefit of the doubt enough times now. Ordered about 2 months ago and the food was just awful. Tried again a few weeks back and it was good again so I was hopeful it back back to its usual good self. Nope. Ordered again tonight, two hours it took for food to arrive. Missing most of order. I ordered pizza. Chips, drink and burger. Pizza arrived 2 hours later. Told delivery guy I was missing burger,chips and drink. Came back 10 mins later with only burger. Said I'm still missing chips and drink. He said he'd be back.after 40mins I guess he isn't coming back. Well that's me done with ordering from dixys from now on. What a shame

Chicken smelt off £23 in the bin even dog wouldn't eat it. Never again.

Great food always super hot if you collect, always worth pre ordering as it's always busy. Also they don't take card so that's a bit of a pain. We'll worth a visit almost as good as kfc but half the price.

If I could leave a review of 0 stars I would the chicken is rancid fella... Never again your a chicken gaff but your chicken smells like a damp head garment and tastes worse bit chewy as well. Got a knock off Fanta.Never again. You lost repeat business from me if you spent less time focusing on what car you have and sorted the nasty chicken out you might make good money.

You would think something as simple as ice cream and a slushy would go well. They're out of the ice cream and they deliver the wrong slushy. How do you mix up between red and blue? It cannot be that difficult... They teach that in kindergarten

Ordered donner kebab. The portion was very tiny, few bites and that was it. Can't compare to next door Khyber. They serve at least twice bigger portions and quality food. Never again Dixy.

Won't be ordering from them again. This is the third time they've got my order wrong. Extra items missing, plus drinks. I'm not wasting my money on them. How hard is it to read a piece of paper!!!

Would just like to say dixy is fantastic had a slight problem phoned them up and was sorted straight away, fantastic service. Always order from them never normally have issues and like I've found out tonight it was sorted in such a professional way. Thank you very much dixy. Love the food 😋 xxx

We have a delivery around once a month and the food is good. I certainly begrudge paying £1 for one hash brown. I ordered 2 thinking it was 2 portions, I got 2 tiny hash browns, what a total rip off when you can buy a bag for 69p. Really let down.
