Greendale View Kitchen in Ribble Valley

Nice cafe outside but was on my bike ride and had to wait nearly 15 mins for my coffee to come to table when there were 3 members of staff behind counter.

Just stayed here last night. What a beautiful place. Shame the weather had been awful but, the views are fabulous. Our room was stunning, clean and very comfortable. The owners and staff are really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is really tasty. My other half had the full English and loved it. I had a toasted sausage sandwich which l couldn't eat quick enough. Loved our stay and will definitely visit again.

Completely changed since I last went, just a basic takeaway service now, which is a shame really because it uset to be very good.

Super place. We visited here last weekend for a single night's stay for a friend's wedding. Its situated in Chatburn, a ten minute taxi drive from Clitheroe. Our room was large and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space for clothing. It had the usual complimentary tea and coffee service and a hairdryer in the room. The rooms were very clean and offered some gorgeous views of the nearby landscape. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The staff were lovely and very approachable. We had booked for breakfast but did not end up having any. The staff were very good and would have given us some food to take home if we wished. I would definitely recommend Greendale as a place to relax and forget the world for a little while. The bed was also extremely comfortable. We will return.

Absolutely amazing stay. Rooms very clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is the absolute highlight. Amazing ingredients, expertly cooked with wonderful service. Definitely worth buying a loaf of the home made bread. Also very dog friendly and the owners own dog, Sky, is gorgeous. We will definitely be back thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fabulous stay early on in the month. Very comfortable accommodation, tea and cake when we arrived. Beautiful breakfast. Lovely couple who work really hard to ensure their customers get a great service.

Loved it here, great views, rooms excellent and the breakfast was amazing. While we were only there one night we were looked after and made very welcome . Highly recommend this venue.

We stumbled upon this gem of a tearoom by chance & couldn't resist stopping and getting some takeaway treats. The drinks were good and the toasted hot cross buns and carrot cake were delicious. Thank you. I am pretty sure we will be back. On a sunny day sitting in the garden here with a fantastic view across the green of the Ribble Valley will be a treat.

First the positives:Food was really good, all fresh and no complaints.Negatives:Price- Ham and Cheese Sandwich with spoon of coleslaw and a few cheap crisps for £7.20, Tuna and Onion for £8.20They had run out of many drinks and these things happen, No problem, we will have two lemonades - they then pour lemonade from a Tesco’s own brand bottle in to two plastic beakers (like you give to Children) and charge £4.40!Lastly when we went to pay with a card I was asked ‘do you not have cash’ thought it was odd but realised the staff obviously got told to ask this to every customer that wanted to pay with a card as we overheard them.
