KFC in Ribble Valley

Food is very basic and on occasion virtually non existent for example the hot wings have no meat on them. The tables are dirty. I had to clean my table myself. The bins haven’t been emptied all day. Almost all the staff are rude and I’m getting fed up of going in with my 4 year old and listening to staff shouting and a lot of the time swearing at each other. There is zero leadership in this establishment. Unfortunately this isnt an isolated incident it seems to have been happening for a long time now.

Thursday 18th of august approx 7.30pm.Best kfc I’ve ever had. Genuinely. Everything was spot on. The burger was hot, the chicken soft and plenty of sauce.The chips where fresh and crispy.The gravy was the proper stuff that you dream of.Pop corn chicken as a side was fresh, hot tasty and crispy.Drive through was busy as It usually is which is a good sign. However, I ordered payed and left well within 5 minutes. All with fresh food.What ever you guys are doing just keep it up and KFC should be using your place as a training school.Outstanding.

Got the same order wrong, not once, not twice, but three times. In the end we gave up. One meal was a zinger tower, we opened to find only the bottom half of the bun and chicken. On the third attempt we checked it to find they had just thrown a bun on top, just awful.I've had so many problems with this place, I'm not going to be returning.

It was really getting busy for lunch time.Really impressive service with good parking space. The staff were very polite and customer friendly. Tables and toilet were all kept very clean. Really well maintained by the staff.

Hot fresh food quickly served. These are 5 important words required for fast food, this restaurant scored top marks. Sadly many KFC restaurants have noticibly lacking in quality nowadays, so it's great to see an exception to the rule.

Took my family here at 5.30pm on a Saturday after a day out. It was not pleasant. People waiting all over, Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers collecting food took over tables and pushed to the front of the queue and the self service screens didn't work. Staff were flustered and one server was swearing and throwing things around. It was absolute chaos. Food was cold. And the order was wrong. It was terrible. Never going to this KFC again.

Good food bad workers I ordered a twister wrap and a barbecue dip on the side and they dumped all the barbecue sauce in the twister and didn't put salt on my chip. It's also a very common thing to have mistakes with your food at this kfc.

Shocking. Wait time here is an absolute joke. This is supposed to be fast food? As a delivery partner, I'm told to arrive at the restaurant at a set time (as the order should be ready then to collect), this is never the case, and I have on more than one occasion sat for over 30 minutes after the stated "collection" time. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get a grip of it.

I do like KFC and I'm not knocking the food but the staff............. Jeez! They need some leadership. Our 2 basic meals took 34 minutes and there was chicken ready to go when we ordered and about 1/3 full of customers. Admit, there were 47 cars in the drive-through but having what looked like robots that have shorted out for staff ain't productive. One more note. The guy on the tables and the only one that hadn't shorted out. Tallish dude with short black hair. Man! You are a credit. Friendly, polite and professional. You should have the top job. Good on ya mate.

Got the gravy burger meal as advertised on TV every two minutes.Very disappointed. Chicken fillet was dry and tasteless.It looked nothing like the burger on the TV.KFC should just stick to what they know and not sell tasteless gimmicks.
