McDonald's in Ribble Valley

Clearly chronically under-staffed. We've had 15 minute wait for an order of 4 McFlurries. Today it was 25 minutes for one Happy Meal. Not keeping on top of cleaning and emptying the bins. Not likely to go back again any time soon

Busy and noisy but good service and great coffee.

Very disappointed my order was minus a cappuccino plus my cheese burger was luke warm yet again. The only reason my fries were hot is because I have no salt . I had driven home with my meals and if I would of driven back all my meals would of been cold .

My favourite place to take first dates, the ice cream machine never works so I'm subtlety letting their expectations get lowered for the evening

Dirty filthy hole is the best way to describe it at McDonald's Barrow on the A59. Food always average and not even warm. After all the issues of COVID-19 we have experienced then you would expect a clean environment to sit inside to eat. Not here as filthy unclean floors and tables. I even complained to the manager who had no issues with filth. This has happened before and will always happen if the operation is run by stuck up kids. Never again will I spend money at this place. Keep on driving is my best advice

Arrived as a group of bikers, we all said the carpark was slippy, oil or diesel possibly.Food was typically McD. Order by tap screen and pay by card. It is what it is. Latte coffee was dissapointingly insipid. ☹️ Staff courteous but front end staff seriously lacking. Everyone busy in the back.Disability access okay.

For the second time items missing from large family order, milkshake machine seems to be permanently down..other stores manage to maintain the machine and NOT cleanse at peek times. Complained to McDonald's UK about missing items and sent link to fill out details.... apparently according to that there isn't a McDonald's near clitheroe so it must be a mirage... probably why they take your money for items you never receive.

Compared to most other macdonalds this place is shocking. Never have milkshakes, mcflurries, chip never full and constantly mess up orders. Management need a good shake up. Very poor.

Turned up to the drive thru at about 10.50am, by the time I got to order it was 11.01am, tried to order a sausage and egg McMuffin but was told they weren’t serving the breakfast menu any more as it finished at 11am. I pointed out the time and the fact that I had been in the que for some time but was told there was nothing they could do. If I could have turned round and driven off I would have but I was now stuck in the que so I begrudgingly ordered a coffee. When I got to the kiosk to pay, lo and behold the order in front of mine was ALL off the breakfast men. Absolute Joke!!!!!

Would not give this place any stars but didn't get that option. Made to wait outside in the rain even though the restaurant was only half used.the other half was for staff only,( about 30seats).The staff not helpfull, service poor, will not use this place again,plenty of other fast food restaurants near by
