Noble Chef in Ribble Valley

By far one of the worst Chinese takeaways I’ve ever had to experience. All of it went in the bin. The chips are way over cooked. I understand some Chinese takeaways/restaurants use MSG, but this was full the chips couldn’t possibly be more brown. Chow mien tasted really oily and flavourless. The only reason I believe this takeaway is still standing is because it’s located in a small village being the only main Chinese takeaway out of the two that are operating. This business doesn’t stand a chance against competitors close to Preston. I think you guys really need to up your game.

I’ve been using this place for years and it was always good. Expensive but good. However, it’s been going down in quality over the last year or so and my last order was appalling. Very obviously reheated ribs, prawn toasts, everything. I was disgusted. For a premium price I expect premium quality. Happy valley from now on, even though they don’t deliver

Plenty of meat and vegetables in the dishes we ordered, but 3 of them had extremely bland sauce including the ribs. The fried rice was also pretty tasteless and more like boiled rice. Obviously this affects the taste and we were disappointed overall.

Meat awful. Chips terrible, yesterday's leftovers. Not a good experience.

I had my food from here last night it did take a bit to come but it defo was worth the wait it was just amazing not one bit I can say thst I did like about it

I must start the food was excellent, the flavours were really nice, the lady was very friendly, the place needs to be modernised. Very nice food

A gem! With a 5 hygiene rating, don’t be put off by tired decor. The food is always fantastic and service polite, friendly and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else (and I’ve tried all the local takeaways)

These guys are the best! 10/10 super friendly staff! You walk in and your greeted by the lovely woman serving you, While the chef greets you! :). they all out massive effort in there food and l speedy delivery by the smart cool & cool driver! (RECENTLY THEY STARTED DOING DELIVERIES) I ordered at 5:30pm. The food still hadn't arrived at 7:00pm so I called them only to be told that 'we will just start it now'. I was told to wait a further 20 min, but nothing ever showed. I called them at 11:00pm to find out where the hell my food was (I was very busy at home so I couldn't call ealirer) and was simply given a small "very sorry, it's on its way". I called at 11:45 and got no anwser. They closed the shop and didn't give me my food. NOT HAPPY.
