Romero Pizza House in Ribble Valley

Something for all the family - pizzas, kebabs, burgers delivered prompt with friendly service.

Chicken and donner kebab, delicious, thank you

Great choice,, service,, staff always helpful,

All three stars are because of the friendliness and customer service i recieved from the staff member who served me. Sadly, the pizza i ordered wasnt the best. Lacked in flavour and the cheese tasted bland.

Pizza time after time turn up under cooked. Used 2 b good. Not anymore

Good hot fast food, deep pan pizza tasty.garlic bread with cheese perfect.funny delivery guy recommended

Went here with my daughter Tilly this Weekend , excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Food was lovely to 😋

Ordered a large chicken kebab, was all dry like it had been sat for ages.Medium hot & spicy pizza, couldn’t pick it up as it fell to pieces & undercooked. Will never eat there again, Awful!

Always use Romero's for family pizza and kebab nights. Always good, yes sometimes they may forget to put chilli sauce on my pizza, or send something wrong, but Hay ho...when you see how busy it gets???? There only human, but there a good bunch of lads. Clean shop, reasonable prices. Parking outside the door.👍

So, me and my friend walked in already knowing what we wanted. The 2 guys that were at the front of house saw us walk in but didn't acknowledge us until the customer in front had left.He then took the order but didn't acknowledge one drink we had ordered but instead gave me a vimto lollipop instead of a can of Vimto. We then had to be asked by the 'cook' what the order was. When the food we'd 'ordered' was ready, they reluctantly gave us the actual can of Vimto after having to explain 4 times their mistake and they demanded the money. When opening the food, it was clear the chips weren't as ordered as we'd ordered a deluxe burger with CHEESY CHIPS but no cheese was on the chips. The overall quality and service here is diabolical and we shall not be returning
