Starbucks in Ribble Valley

Only the 3rd time I have visited Starbucks, and I am still not over joyed with the drink.I had a medium Latte, service was good ,at the time I visited it was quite, which I like.But the drink has never been up to the standard I get at other establishment, and therefore have only gave 2 stars.

My hubby placed his order and was told they’d let him know when it was ready. He sat down and all the staff disappeared. Five minutes later he noticed an order on the side that was ours but nobody had told him!Caramel frappes tasted of nothing to add insult to injury…never again!!!

Not the cheapest coffee place nearby, but a good sized cup and the barista did a good job so was a very pleasant brew. Friendly and helpful staff and the seating comfortable and well spaced out and good ventilation which I think is important these days. WiFi available

Unfortunately service is very poor. Far too slow and staff lack enthusiasm and a smile would go a long way. Lots of staff changes. Needs a manager at weekend and more staff. I’m a regular and seen a massive difference from 12 months ago. Hope you find this constructive criticism.

I ordered a flat white, paid £3.35 for a small cup and two shallows and it was gone! I couldn't believe the price for so little. It was more froth than liquid. Won't be going there again.

Has to be the worst Starbucks!!You literally queue for 40 minutes for a single coffee via the drive-thru.I thought maybe it's just the drive-thru so I decided to go in-store and it's just the same.I simply don't have anything positive to say regarding this place... It's coffee in a cup but it's almost like they have to go and milk the cow firstly.Also, they constantly run out of ice. Go to Gregg's they serve you within mins and worth a visit for a sausage roll

Went through the drive thru ,didnt remember my order game me a caramel frappe with no coffee in it (dont get how that works)as its a coffee place) also its not the size i asked for. As a first visit wont be coming again

Staff wear face masks but they need to encourage customers to do so too. Great selection of goodies to buy. Amazing selection of candles.

Just one problem when ordering the same drink it doesn't always taste the same just depends who makes it

We nipped in as two tired parents with a small toddler and was really well looked after by the lady with Short blonde hair (sorry I didn't get your name!!🙈). She helped find a dairy free snack for our little boy and made us feel very welcome. After a very busy day it was just what we needed ❤️👏 Highly recommend here
