Stonebridge Chippery in Ribble Valley

Absolutely awful. Nothing was fresh. It was like everything had been stood for ages then heated up. All went in the bin and will be avoiding in future.

When in the Ribble & Hodder Valley areas I make sure I land back via this chippy - even if it means waiting around a bit in winter (gone dark!) I still find somewhere to linger while they open! Shop is clean and bright, parking for a few mins is usually available on the pavement in front. I love their fish and chips - the fish has never been overcooked, batter is crispy crunchy and light, chips are lovely and the amount is just right, staff are friendly and service is quick - what's not to like?!

Decent food, good prices, and quick service. Serving sized are really generous as well.

I used to go to this chippy when I was a kid many years ago and I loved it so fast forward many years later I was in the area with my own little family so stopped to try it and omg it's still one of the best even my partner and daughter loved it to 🙂 was very helpful to

Normally they are excellent, but the fish today was greasy and I didn't finish the meal. Sorry but in the past I have always rated this chippy as one of the best, maybe the economics are playing a part at the moment because the fish tasted old and chewy.

Excellent chippy great value, large portions, fish cooked to your requirements (l always asked for lightly battered) and friendly staff.
