The Chocolate Works in Ribble Valley

Oh my days, I'm sat here in this cool, funky atmosphere, not even finished my ProperMocha and I'm in heaven, I always get a Mocha wherever I go and have now found a new favourite, chocolatey, smooth, and not a hint of bitterness and the aftertaste is divine, oh and can't forget the amazing Staff and the little chocolate on the side too, well recommended, definitely a ProperMocha, 5*

Cute little place on the corner. The staff was very helpful and patient. Their ambience is very warm and welcoming.Wide range of different chocolates to choose from, along with a variety of drinks as well.

Best hot chocolate I have tried💋

OMG! The Hot chocolate here is sensational. I think the best I've ever had. I was looking for something sweet to go with it. But I didn't need it. It is like a fabulous scrummy dessert in itself. Service was great. How come I'm only discovering this place.

Oh oh! How I wish this amazing shop did mail order. My husband bought me some chocolates from here and they’re heavenly! Truffles and cherries bursting in kirsch! Fabulous

Lovely discovery while in Clitheroe, waiting for a customer.Excellent quality and service.I had the hot chocolate, made with melted chocolate and milk, topped off with whipped cream and chocolate flakes . Absolutely delicious.Can't recommend it highly enough.If you're in Clitheroe a must visit.Shame I live an hours drive away.

Amazing chocolate shop ever, if you want to treat yourself to a luxury mug of hot chocolate or an amazing hot waffle filled with fruit of your choice, ice cream, cream, sauce and chocolate bits or simple a lovely cup of coffee then this is the place to visit. The staff are amazing, polite and so friendly. They chat away to you and even have time for children to. The waffles are freshly made when you order too. The ice creams are amazing and come with an assortment of toppings and various cones too. They have lots of seating on 2 floors and a toilet for customers too.

Went to The Chocolate Works in Clitheroe on New Year's Eve for a hot chocolate with some friends. I came from Longridge, 30 minutes down the road for 2 hours.I have been here twice and both times, have enjoyed the drink I ordered. I went for a Belgian Milk Chocolate one time and the other occasion, a Gingerbread-Flavoured one.I really liked the atmosphere inside here and it is a pleasant place to go for a tea-time treat :)They do really tasty Mint Hot Chocolates - The Works Hot Chocolate is one for another day.

Really nice coffee (chocolate) shop, lovely looking cakes and waffles and great choice of milkshake, coffee, and of course hot chocolate. I visit today was spoiled a bit by kids (not even young kids) jumping off the stairs and being a nuisance. Would return but would look who was in next time.

Seems like a popular place in the town! And with good reason. The hot chocolate was brill and the cake was massive!! They reserved a table for us which was great cos we were a big group. Staff were friendly and helpful. They only have 1 loo so there maybe a queue.
