Nothing special can't say anymore. Burnt Yorkshire puddings and under cooked beef, not very good

We are not really diners but pub/restaurant is local to us, always warm , real ales excellent and staff team although busy are hard working and attentive to customers .

Had a great meal and the service was excellent 👍👍

When to the pub for a meal 5 off us meal v good service not to good,staff kept disappearing

Had a Sunday roast had the beef ,cooked and presented really well, nice pleasant atmosphere with efficient friendly staff

Very nice food and drink. I would say a little overpriced but I suppose a place out in the sticks has to survive. What annoys me about some places including this one is a charge for a splash of cordial when there charging you 1 pound short of 50 quid for two main meals and four alcoholic drinks. Would go back though

We have eaten here a few times recently and ever time it has been excellent. Amazing food and lovely staff. We had a lovely meal, thank you.

Lovely food, great drinks and the staff make it even better!Lunchtime 3 course specials some days, great evening meals, superb Sunday roasts and fabulous chefs all make for some amazing grub here.Dogs and muddy boots are welcome in the bar area and the dining area is immaculate for a more formal meal.Be aware that menus change and things can occasionally be sold out, but there are always other choices if that happens. I’ve always come away feeling very happily fed and have certainly enjoyed every meal I’ve had here.

Excellent menu - 3 course £16 upto 7pm. Vegan, veggie, gluten& nut free options available just ask the chef as nothing is too much trouble!
