Tuesday 12th April 2022.Decided to have traditional Fish & Chips today, after reading through the many reviews. Two fish cooked fresh whilst we waited. 2 x portion of chips, a carton of peas and gravy.Headed back to West Bradford to dine at home. The fish was absolutely beautiful but the chips, I've never had chips like it. Too thick and very bland, I'm glad I ordered gravy for the chips to try and add some flavour. If I had stuck just with the fish and mushy peas I'd have given the Chippy 5*

Best fish in town. He also does quite a varied menu, mostly traditional chippy material. But the me he is good and varied. There's something for everyone. Brilliant chippy. Known to locals as Freddy Bushes chip shop. Emphasises on quality. Even though he's not English. Pure perfection.

Just an amazing local chippy that’s steeped in history. The food was amazing, coming home after a long day we were craving a chippy tea. We weren’t disappointed either. The fish is so fresh, was battered in front of our very eyes and then fried. Chips were actually good old fashioned chips and not the knock off frozen American fries. For the veggies out there, yes the gravy is veggie and it’s amazing on the chips. The menu is actually quite varied and they do a lot lot more than just the standard fish and chips, but alas we’ll have to experiment a bit next time. The current owners also knows a lot about the history and traditions of the shop that dates back well over 100 years.
