Bean in Rochdale

Lovely coffee and service. I always have a caramel latte and it tended to be very sweet compared to other outlets. I now ask for only a drop of caramel and its as nice a cup of coffee as you would get anywhere. Probably even better.

After many visits it's back to getting our coffee from Costa. Today when ordering coffee we were told to sit at dirty tables as the other side of the cafe wasn't available. Waited ages for coffee which turned up in paper cups, together with the milk in a paper cup. When we queried this, the server put his hand on his hip and said we can't keep up with the washing up with real attitude. We requested a refund and went to Costa. Perhaps the two members of staff putting up posters on a Sunday lunch would be of better use washing up!

Have just been in with my young child and we were served by a young lady called Alex.I have to say, the service was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me when my child wanted carrying and I couldn't do that and hold the drinks.I can't thank Alex enough for how she spoke with me and my child. She made my coffee experience superb. Would definitely go back here again.

first time in today and loved it. Store is modern n fresh. great service from Jack, best coffee ever and made to feel really welcome. will deffo be back.

I visited yesterday and was appalled by some of the language I heard from a female member of staff. She was talking very loudly and clearly didn't care if anybody else heard what she was saying (which was awful to hear.) Her lack of customer service skills were causing delays and she seemed more interested in her own personal conversations than the customers in her store. Aside from her language and service, the other staff seemed helpful to other customers .

The staff are lovely and extremely tentative, in particular, Jack. He made my experience 10x better due to his exceptional customer service skills, which were highly appreciated. The staff here go above and beyond, which makes the whole experience worthwhile.

My favorite place in Rochdale, I always find the smile, welcoming and kindness of the Staff. Jack, Anna, Sabrina, Jodi and all are friendly and serve you quickly ..I recommend trying their espresso..the Italian style Cheeeeeers 🙏🏼

Visited on Wednesday 18th August. Always super friendly, helpful, and this day they went above and beyond. I had a crisis as we had left my daughter's medicine bag on the bus. So I had to leave my 3 children eldest is 12 in the coffee shop while I ran across to the bus station. They watched out for them and were so lovely to my children while I went to try and retrieve her medicine bag. It is my favourite coffee shop in Rochdale. And their sweets are delicious.
