Loved the setup here. Very pub/cocktail bar like when you first walk in. It is a nice place for a drink. The menu is very good also, I liked the small plates (tapas) idea. Makes it easy to try new dishes and have a greater selection than just one dish.

Personally wouldn't recommend this place. Not like an authentic Indian Restaurant. Oily poppadoms, watery accompaniments. Mains stodgy, just generally not nice food. Felt like an English Restaurant trying to do Indian. The service was poor too. Had to keep asking them to do what should have been done automatically...like clear away dirty starter plates. Provide clean ones. Take the menus away once we'd ordered. Got our order wrong and had to wait ages for things to arrive. There are muchnicer Indian Restaurants locally. Wouldn't go again.

The BEST curry we have EVER had it was just super lush. The decor was beautiful and cozy and the staff were fantastic. Really fast service and just perfect end to our family day out. Thanks so so much. Lush

Ordered 4 dishes between the two of us expecting smaller portions as it was so reasonably priced, nice big portions. Two would have been enough.Food itself was delicious and served beautifully. Apparently the menu changes every 10 days.The young man who served us was friendly, polite and very helpful.Will definitely be back

Really nice new restaurant in Rochdale Town Centre. If you've not visited the town for a while you may be surprised at how many nice pubs and restaurants have popped up over the past year.Bombay Brew is located at the bottom of Drake Street opposite The Butts and the new Shopping Centre which is under construction.The venue has been recently refurbished and has a separate bar and restaurant area.I'm not sure if you need to book, but I messaged them on Facebook to make a reservation which was quick and easy.There's a wide selection of craft drinks which were all reasonably priced.The menu is mostly side dishes, so you'll probably need to order at least two side dishes to feel full. There are also main menu options and starters.The food theme is Indian Street Food with a North England twist. We all liked our mains and side dishes and the service was also great.Overall I would highly recommend you try this restaurant if you get a chance. Bombay Brew is a unique restaurant in an up & coming location and we found the prices to offer great value for money.
