Chan's in Rochdale

Always enjoy my food from here and I esp enjoy the chicken and noodle soup and the chicken or beef chow mein and the omelette are just perfect. Lovely and fresh and you always get plenty too. Also lovely staff and delivery guys 10/10

Ordered on line , received an email asking for payment which I paid £72 , delivery,driver arrived asking for payment, told him we had already paid, showing him proof of payment emails from takeaway & bank , he rang takeaway owner trying to explain the situation which was hard has he could hardly speak English , I spoke to the takeaway myself explaining we had paid but takeaway owner arrogantly said food hadn't been paid for & we still owed £72, he then sent a man to our house for me to show proof that I had paid for the food & we ended up having to send bank statements & emails to the takeaway, the food was for my dads 83rd birthday & this ruined our experience, we order from here regularly but never againWould rate 0 stars if I could

Food was good, we had Dim Sum, Chicken and Blackbean Sauce, Chicken Chow mien, but no Card Payment when I collected it. In this day and age it’s a must!!

Disappointed to call just now and the woman answered and said "NO none of the meat is halal". After seeing a review claiming there was halal chicken certification in the shop a couple of years back I called and was told "YES, our chicken is halal" after this recent phone call I suspect that was a lie. Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary, plenty of veggie and seafood dishes that muslims can eat bit lying is unforgiveable. I will be sharing the call on my social media.

The guy on the desk taking orders is very rude. Sent my order to wrong address and then when the driver returned the food back to chans the man who takes the orders didnt even re send fresh food and it was his mistake giving the delivery driver the wrong adress. So I'm sat waiting for my order that never turned up. An now there closed and I couldn't get threw to chans. Extremely rude man on the phone. I recognize his voice and everytime he speaks to me rude and few other customers have said the same thing.Sick of this guy and his cheeky attitude. Very poor customer service skills

Sorry but are these other reviews for the same Chinese?? Yes the food 100 yards down the road is exceptional, from here not do I’m afraid.We ordered and it somehow arrived after about 6 minutes!? This worries me in itself.The food was pretty rank in our opinion.I’ll keep reading these reviews and if they stay high I will try it again in the future and adjust my review but sorry it’s very poor for now.

Quick friendly service. I have bought a few meals and I find the Sweet and Chicken Balls are tasty infact I'd say they're the best I've had. Thankyou for your Service.

Chan's is the only Chinese i will ever have the food is amazing!! The delivery time is unreal ive ordered Chan's and its arrived in less than 15 minutes and I'm not just round the corner, the delivery driver is really nice aswell! I highly recommend Chan's 5 star every time cheers guys

Food was served within 5 minutes of placing order. Cold and watery and Erm.... THAT WASN'T CHICKEN! The bin ate our tea! Very disappointed won't be using you again!

We've always had great food from here. The online ordering was easy and the food arrived bang on time.
