Kfc in Rochdale

Staff are friendly, but place always dirty , tables, chairs, bathroom... They don't clean it properly.Food use to be good but recently changed.We ordered 12 boneless fillet and it wasn't fresh like always was. Chicken wings and chicken Popcorn was very good.

Disgusting, dirty tables, we asked the satff to clean it and they did it after a while without much interest. The machines doesn't provide receipt and staff said is impossible to give me one.Not a nice kfc to go around, we felt unwelcome.

Just bought a 9 piece bucket and the chicken has an awful smell , they might have used last week's chicken. It doesn't taste like KCF, doesn't smell like KFC....its horrible! Stay clear of that place.

It has been twice now that things are missing on the food and the staff is too busy to be kind to customers. They charge full price but underdeliver. To start with, no chocolate on Sunday icecream after 15mins wait. The staff is not bothered and just said we dont have it (i have paid full price and i need the product that i ordered)My little one is not happy and so am i. The staff is not bothered. Not going there again. Highly not recommended.If you have things missing from the menu then mention it before customer places an order. The worst part is they pack the food and expect you to take it. Because they know that the customer will not go through the refund process for card transaction. It will waste more time. We could have gone somewhere else and had what we wanted.Not at all happy.

WOULD GIVE ZERO BUT CAN'TWell what can I say... the past 2 times we have attempted to go here have been shocking! The first time we arrived 1hour and 30 minutes before closing and we waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one even answered so we tried at the window and nothing (so all staff were clearly in the staff room, and ignoring customers most likely watching on the cameras as I know this is something they do)The second time we arrived around 2 hours before closing and all they had left were mini fillets.. no sides literally just mini fillets apparently so I then asked for a flaming wrap... to then be told they didn't have the stuff to make them!As someone who was worked for a number of different KFC stores I am disgusted and for them to not have anything available that amount of time before closing is disgusting.Completely incompetent staf, and clearly a manager who doesn't care, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same manager each time we have been.

The young man serving in store tonight is excellent. Really helpful, great customer service a wonderful example of customer service at it's best. Thank you for your excellent service 👏

Paid for Tropical orange juice none left and no refund. When questioned were told it's the same price as Fanta even though l have always paid extra for Tropical orange juice.

Young lad in there today was brilliant. Pleasant, lively, and couldn't do enough for us.Fries could have been hotter (hence the loss of a star) but he was a credit to the place. I wish I'd caught his name. If I still had my Bistro I'd employ him in a flash!

The automatic door for the entrance of the disabled does not work, the tables are dirty and with garbage, they were only cleaned after complaining, the garbage was completely full, overflowing the space is too cold does not invite people to be there. I don't advise anyone to go there

Absolutely filthy. Order was wrong. Plenty of staff but all messing around with only 1 serving. All bins were full no one could put anything in them. All rubbish had to be left on tables. No one had cleared anything away for hours. Floors disgusting covered in food and rubbish. The place looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The car park was just as bad.
