Kfc in Rochdale

Yet another messed up, horrible food from KFC, Kingsway, Rochdale. Food cold. Chicken burger tasted as though been reheated, ended up throwing it away. Ordered chocolate sundae with kids meal and a garlic buttermilk dip didn't get either of them.

The young lad with the hat on who served us was great very polite and said he would shout when our order was ready wich he did he is a credit to kfc as he was doing all the orders.However my chicken fillet must have shrunk in the fryer very disappointed in my fillet burger it was lost in the middle of the bun and the bun was toasted??All bun and no chicken :(:(

Worst drive thru. Didn't receive everything that I paid for. Not the first time. Even rang the shop to be hung up on. Put in a complaint will not be back

I'm pregnant fancied kfc for my tea so went kfc on kingsway half way through my chicken burger I noticed it was pink!!!! Abouslty disgusting. Am witting up to head office about this as this isn't just a one of with other posts I've seen.

Chip portions were pathetic, but not nearly as pathetic as the miserable workers who can't even work at KFC of all places without lashing out at customers. Worst was the useless manager who looks like he's accomplished nothing in his life other than world record for fridge opened most times in a day LOL

Mediocre food, ripped bag and abysmal behaviour from dead-beat workers resembling a monkey with a unibrow and a chav thinking it's professional to bark at customers and hurl insults. Sort out your workers!

Staff are friendly, but place always dirty , tables, chairs, bathroom... They don't clean it properly.Food use to be good but recently changed.We ordered 12 boneless fillet and it wasn't fresh like always was. Chicken wings and chicken Popcorn was very good.

It has been twice now that things are missing on the food and the staff is too busy to be kind to customers. They charge full price but underdeliver. To start with, no chocolate on Sunday icecream after 15mins wait. The staff is not bothered and just said we dont have it (i have paid full price and i need the product that i ordered)My little one is not happy and so am i. The staff is not bothered. Not going there again. Highly not recommended.If you have things missing from the menu then mention it before customer places an order. The worst part is they pack the food and expect you to take it. Because they know that the customer will not go through the refund process for card transaction. It will waste more time. We could have gone somewhere else and had what we wanted.Not at all happy.

WOULD GIVE ZERO BUT CAN'TWell what can I say... the past 2 times we have attempted to go here have been shocking! The first time we arrived 1hour and 30 minutes before closing and we waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one even answered so we tried at the window and nothing (so all staff were clearly in the staff room, and ignoring customers most likely watching on the cameras as I know this is something they do)The second time we arrived around 2 hours before closing and all they had left were mini fillets.. no sides literally just mini fillets apparently so I then asked for a flaming wrap... to then be told they didn't have the stuff to make them!As someone who was worked for a number of different KFC stores I am disgusted and for them to not have anything available that amount of time before closing is disgusting.Completely incompetent staf, and clearly a manager who doesn't care, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same manager each time we have been.

The automatic door for the entrance of the disabled does not work, the tables are dirty and with garbage, they were only cleaned after complaining, the garbage was completely full, overflowing the space is too cold does not invite people to be there. I don't advise anyone to go there
