I love knockouts, the food is acc one of the few takeaway where you can say it's healthy (or healther option)The food is mostly all grilled (excluding chips)My go to is mix burger meal which is 10/10OrLarge chicken and chips 10/10Also the service at knockouts is the best you will get anywhere always super friendly.

I am from Manchester but I always come down to Rochdale just for knockouts amazing food! They have great food, amazing service and overall a lovely atmosphere, highly recommend 👌

What a gem of a place!Went in to grab a quick bite and was overwhelmed by the choice and taste of the food.The young man at the front was very knowledgeable and advised me on my dietary needs.Will be coming back to order some meal preps! 😁

I usually don't give 5 stars, but the Knockout team, really do pack a knockout in their food everytime I have been there. The consistency and the home made element to their food has me everytime! Gotta try if you love homemade healthy food.
