Marios Pizzeria in Rochdale

Ordered over the weekend, chips were soggy and disgusting. I did ask for the dinner meat to be grilled as always greasy. It wasn't grilled, too much oil and was soggy as well. Threw it in the bin, won't be ordering again !!

I ordered the kids chicken and chips meal. The chicken was black looked like had been their a few days or more and reheated a couple of times. I called them to try and resolve this he was swearing telling me the chicken was fine as he cooked this I got nowhere he was so defensive and unprofessional he told me he is barring me little does he know I actually got all my family in to Marios as I order around 5 times with no issues! So he could have just changed them I couldn’t feed my kids or anyone’s kids this meal was dirty no exaggeration! So I wil be informing anyone who ever mentions Marios this as I am disgusted

Would give zero if I could worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life!!!!!!

Very Very rude!!!Told me 10 mins for a meal after 20 mins still not ready..instead of apologising blaming me saying “i rushed for you it’s still not ready take your money”1 staff behind eating from customers portion without gloves and using saliva to open the bags..what an experience !!!Never going back

The guy at behind the till is very very rude.Aweful😓😓😓... Food's not hygienic as well. Never gonna call back ever!!!

After nearly 3 hours after ordering I ended up driving down to pick up. Because they would not pick up the phone. As I asked where it was and said it was bad service. He then cancelled my order because I was doing a video review. Then started to try and spit at me disgusting service. Stay away guys Mario pizza, Market Place, Middleton. Shocking ill mannered men.

Been having stuff from here all year, always fresh, always delivered quickly. No complaints.

Usually my go to place, ordered tonight seemed very expensive for what I ordered and they forgot the ice cream, I called and told and was told they’ll send one, I then open my kebab and no sauce so I rang again only for them to tell me I didn’t order sauce when I was literally looking at being charged for it. I shown the driver when he finally arrived with melted ice cream and he just shrugged and said ring the shop which I already did but was told I didn’t order it so I shown my receipt to the driver and again was met with a shrug. So arrogant and rude! Never again. Kebab got binned and this “takeaway” also got binned!!

Been going here since it opened, but won't be anymore. I'm sick to death of the guy who rushes you on the phone and then sends out wrong orders and/or missing items. 'Hi can I order a pizz...anything else', 'yeah can I have mushr...is that everything?'. Foods gone downhill this year also.
