Mcdonald's Restaurants in Rochdale

I like McDonalds coffee, I prefer it to most other high street coffee shops, it's also cheaper then most, so will often pop in for a brew and end up with a bite to eat as well.

Not sure why this restaurant fails so badly but at least it's consistent. App orders always something missing. Table service when they can be bothered. Staff openly chinwagging while customers wait ages.

Absolutely awful ordered for two people and took 20 mins to come out when the place was empty, the place was really dirty the high chairs had never been cleaned, we tried to put a compliant in which took 10 mins and then when the young girl came out she was rude and basically didn’t want to deal with the complaint and said she would get her superior, who wouldn’t come out as he was busy doing orders, absolutely shocking service and will not be going back, we have actually put a complaint to head office as it’s that bad

Serves delicious food to cater for a range of different tastes. Each serving is always quite filling and tasty. Sometimes it is very busy and so the drive in can be a fair wait to collect food. Sometimes the food arrives and its warn rather than hot down to it being very busy and cooking too much. Good job that I'm a hardcore Mackie fan.

Service a bit slow but was really busy . We opted for table service.. lots of colouring and the tablets were working (unlike Sandbrook Park one) for children to play with and keep them entertained while waiting. Food was as usual what you expect no negative comments.

Chaos Fries were cold , fillet of fish was barely warm. Meals for delivery made up and left on the side waiting for the driver to turn up. One employee kept disappearing in the loos 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Today I came here to have something to eat, I asked for a Diet Coke they had none and no Coke Zero. I am diabetic type 1 so I feel discriminated against since they didn’t offer me any other sugar free or low sugar drink. Not a good experience or service. The girl who took my order didn’t listen to me so I had to order a drink separately because she missed my drink off the order. Overall not impressed and won’t be returning.

Just had a burger meal. It was absolutely disgusting. The chips was cold. The cheese was even melted. It was that cold. There was no meals made for anyone else. We all had to wait for ages. Never again will I come here…

Terrible service. Ordered 2x double big Mac meals (at order point).Order received and set off home . On opening was given 2x double cheeseburger. So I drove back and spoke to staff. Management were rude and wouldn't speak. Was given replacement meals. On opening found to be just plain Big Macs. I only ordered 2 meals and they couldn't get it right. Bet C&T Restaurants love the review and complaint. Ignorance from management is disgusting.

On numerous occasions now my order has been delivered cold or missing parts of the order today it was my daughters happy meal missing ( my daughter is autistic and at the moment this is all she eats!) the chips were over cooked rock solid and cold and the burgers were just about edible. Terrible service, tried to ring numerous times and no one answers the phone!!! If your staff can’t fulfil a simple order and cook edible food then you need to have a shake up and employ new staff.
