Mcdonald's Restaurants in Rochdale

I want to thank the manager Reece for all his amazing help tonight at the sandbrook MacDonald restaurant.My son was having a birthday party at home and so there was a lot of orders. He went above and beyond to help, no questions asked as I was panicking I didn't get the order right. Reece went through this with me to make sure I had all the right meals. I didn't even need to ask for his help to carry all the orders out to my car. His manners were impeccable even with him dealing with a very packed out stressful restaurant.Thank you so much Reece

Absolute disgrace. This is suppose to be a large meal, where are the chips? They ain't in the bottom of the bag either. Also what chips was in the carton are stale and seem like they was yesterday's reheated chips. Burger just slapped together, no pride at all.

It is the second worse McDonalds I have visited which I had to give 1 star to. Ridiculous wait times and the whole place is grimy. I appreciate it gets busy and the addition of JustEats and the like makes matters worse. Really need to look at their staffing. This visit saw far too many incorrect orders and the whole place was pretty untidy.

I love McDonald's; the food, the milkshakes and the mcflurrys are usually delicious. However, quite a few of my orders either have missing items, lukewarm/cold food, banana in vanilla milkshakes and sometimes long delivery wait times. The selections that I can choose from, like extra cheese on my cheeseburger, sometimes get ignored - this includes tomato ketchup dips and straws sometimes do not arrive. Some of the delivery drivers can be a pain aswell when they accept the delivery of my order and then decide that they do not want to wait at McDonald's - this can happen 3 or 4 times before a driver actually delivers my order to my address. I do wish menu items were much cheaper, including the delivery fee, as it seems that us customers have to pay a premium to receive food which is not exactly big portions and is not always the best quality. I would however still recommend McDonald's to everyone, however orders won't always be perfect so bare that in mind - I get a refund for any issues I have with the items within my orders.

This large fries pretty much sums up this place. What kind of idiot does it take to not be able to do this job correctly???Cant ever get an order correct, different item to what's been ordered, arrives freezing cold. Its not like they have use pythagoras theory. God help us if any of these employees have a say in running this country some day. You'll all be praying for boris

Drive through que was huge decided to go in to order. Wait was around 15 minutes, order was missing Happy Meal as orsered.Lots of people returning to counter with order errors, Uber Eats drivers very angry with wait. Not a great experience at all

Food was all cold, fries half cooked, milkshake had no flavour and was given a doughnut instead of a brownie. Gave that one star as the poor stressed out staff still managed to be polite.

“Fast food” apparently… took 20+ mins driving thru!

Absolutely filthy seating areas. Uncleaned tables, floors and ipad holders. Never visited a McDonalds as filthy as this one. Disgusting!

This is the filthiest place I have ever eaten from. The floor hasn't been cleaned for weeks. It smells like when the place was last cleaned, only neat bleach was used. I nearly left because it smelled so bad. It is a complete dump!The manager, staff and McDonalds should be utterly ashamed.There is ketchup on the ceiling, greasy hand prints all over. Lip marks on the windows and litter all over the floor. I normally take my rubbish to the bin when I have finished eating but this place is such a dump I felt I should leave it on the table to avoid being the odd one out.The fries were just lined up above the fryer and after I was served cold fries, I had to go back and ask for some hot ones. When the lad brought me some new fries, he shoved his finger between them all and said "These should be better"!The chicken selects seemed like they'd been deep fried a second time as they were dry, dark brown and tasted of grease.I will be contacting McDonalds customer service and I will never be visiting this restaurant again if that's how you could refer to it.
