Pizza Hut in Rochdale

Can't really go wrong with the buffet...just need to tweak the balance of meat v non meat pizzas as there seemed to be losts of the latter

Early start for us with noone else in the restaurant, but the team offered to full the pizza buffet for us straight away . The food we ordered came fresh and hot and quickly . Really enjoyed the restaurant

The food was enjoyable and the staff friendly (even though you barely interact with them) but I think abandoning starters and forcing app orders should be reviewed as it creates a rushed and detached experience.Eating out is more than just having the food brought to you.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Salad bar was full and clean. Table was clean. Pizza arrived in a good time from ordering. Pizza tasted great.

Always get a take out from here and get salad with my order this time refused to give salad and sauce Service at reception is nil won’t be going here again

Took our granddaughter for lunch she enjoyed the spag boll I had the pizza flat bread very tasty the salad bar is a great bonus too. The service wss great in Nice clean surroundings.

Staff go above and beyond at the Sandbrook park Pizza Hut. We took surprise birthday cake for my dad and they put extra candles on for us and helped sing Happy birthday. Food as always is brilliant!

Bit of a shakey start to the experience when we were nearly turned away by one of the waitresses at 2120 when they closed at 2200. Luckily she asked her manager who quickly cleaned a table for us and seated us which was great. A ginger waitress did throw a comment out which was ‘I bet he sits them in my area’ which obviously wasn’t very nice for us to hear. Chris the manager was so friendly and welcoming he directed us to our table, asked us if we’d visited and explained anything which may be different in the current pandemic (the precautions in place at this Hut are amazing), and he helped us with ordering as we were using meerkat meals and it was the government 50% off day. All the food was lovely but we ordered both pizzas with a stuffed crust and one came as a normal base. Told a waitress and she spoke to Chris who was quick to come out and apologise and explain that he had put another one in the oven for us and it would just be a short wait (and he let us keep the wrong pizza!). Overall what could’ve been a bad experience saved by Chris! Protect Chris at all costs he really knows how to look after customers.
