The Summit Inn in Rochdale

Went on a Thursday night for the burger offer.I ordered the double cheeseburger and my wife ordered the chicken burger.We were really surprised with the quality and portion size we received.Will definitely be returning to The Summit soon.The food did take a while to arrive at the table, but it was a really busy night. The staff were so friendly and polite.Keep up the great work Summit team! 👍🏻🍔🍟🍺👍🏻See you again soon

Went here for the first time yesterday. We had booked a table but the table / seats were very uncomfortable and the table was quite low so we asked to switch tables and got moved to a very comfy sofa / chair area. The pub itself is quite spacious with outdoor seating and loads of indoor seating as well. The menu consists of many offers each day and the food was very nice. We had burgers and the chicken burger was extremely crispy. The interior is very beautiful and the staff was also very kind and friendly. We did order a coke and got served Dr Pepper though, however that’s just a minor issue. Overall I can only recommend going to this pub for a drink or a meal.

Today I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich I can't lie it was awful it had 4 pieces of steak It was very chewy!Probably would order again!My wife ordered the chicken and bacon salad she enjoyed it We ordered a share platter but didn't get a photo the onion rings were soggy and the garlic mushrooms were tasteless!The staff are friendly as ever little bit disappointing..

We went to the summit twice in two weeks. The first week I ordered the a double burger, it was great until I found a hair. Unfortunately that completely put me off the meal and we left. In an attempt to give the place a second chance we visited again. Unfortunately the chicken wings looked like they had been thrown on the plate from the other side of the room and were sat in a big pool of barbecue sauce. Each wing had a number of sauces on it, so had no distinct flavor. The gravy for the pie my wife ordered was like a cup of Bovril. Even my six year old couldn't eat his sweetcorn because it was rock hard and tasteless. Will not be visiting again. We have wasted money here.Great for a drink in there and the bar staff are very polite and friendly. The place is clean and there are a great selection of TVs for the sports. I would not however, recommend eating here. The food is better in wetherspoons, and that comes out of the microwave! New chef needed!

Went for dinner today and me and my husband had fish and chips and it was beautiful, fish wash battered to perfection. Definitely 5 stars and Georgia and cat looked after us very well

Lovely lady on the bar on Friday night, Danielle served me. I was feeling a bit anxious but she made me feel very welcome as I waited for friends to arrive. The meal we had was very good we all enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely come back

Really really amazing food couldn't fault it. The only reason I have a 4 star though is because one of our drinks was spilt and we asked for some help to clean it up but they forgot to help apparently. Other than that it's amazing

Visited on Saturday night for a family gathering of 9. 3 of us ordered the steak fondue challenge and they came out perfect! The meat was cooked to the exact way asked and it was tender and delicious. A few others in our party had philly cheese steaks and they were great too. Holly our waitress was polite and friendly and made us feel welcome. Compliments to the chef and team that was on that night as it was busy but they handled it like pros

The Summit is a great venue, with friendly staff and lots of good food and drink deals. Inside there are gambling machines, a pool table and a dartboard.There is a smartphone quiz every Thursday and Sunday at the venue that is free to play and lots of fun. It's bogof on burgers on Thursday and meal deals are available on Sundays

Great atmosphere and great food during football games. Thursday quiz nights are also great, I'm there every week. The manager ensured our food was perfect and he looked after us.
