Kismat in Rossendale

Delayed the order for 2 and half hours and turned their phone off my brother was waiting for food and went into a diabetec coma and has to go to hospital

I don't like to leave bad reviews, in fact it's my first. Last night I ordered chicken tikka achari. It was meant to have peppers but what I found were 3 chunks of very hard greenish things. Unfortunately I binned them before I took a photo of them.

Very nice food, prices are pretty good too, only reason lost one star is the delivery charge of £3.50 and the chicken tikka masala is one of the sweetest i ever tasted like it was uneatable, but other than that the food was lovely, i especially liked the chicken karai, will deffinately be ordering again sometime when i get the chance, but that delivery charge is just too high for such a short distance. But thanks again for the food

First time I've ordered food from Kismet, wasn't disappointed, very very good, onion bhajis, saag paneer, chips, the chicken tikka wrap was amazing, chicken was very tender & the marinade was so moreishly tasty I ate the lot in one sitting simply because it was that good I couldn't put it down, delicious, portion sizes are more than enough, very generous, the staff are very friendly on the phone & in the takeaway when I went to collect my order, food was ready on time, all round great service, I would suggest this is the best takeaway in Haslingden & surrounding areas by a country mile ..... Well done Kismat, you've just gained yourselves a new regular customer, can't wait to try your curries 🔥👏💯

My wife and I ordered a takeaway from here it was absolutely amazing all nice and fresh so tasty and nice big portions compared to other takeaways we would highly recommend nice friendly staff and prompt service *****

Placed an order via uber eats only for it to be cancelled half an hour later due to being too far away (5.3miles) without any call or explanation from them to advise. No notification from uber eats either so lucky we checked. Hopefully the refund will be within 24 hours as advised or they will be getting another call tomorrow.

Had the tawa chicken with Kashmiri rice- wow this curry was something else. Very spicy but packed full of flavour- will be back there again very soon, restaurant standard

Best Indian takeaway food I have had in the North West. Professional, friendly service every time as well and usually bang on time or early. They have a huge menu with lots of special dishes. Just use their own official app for the best prices if you want to order with your phone.

Sorry to say this but my order went straight in the bin, £25 I was gutted. It had no taste except the red food dye they used, I say dye because that’s what it was.Really nice people but terrible food.Never again. I ordered tandoori starter, chicken was tasteless and rock hard, the Khari chicken was disgusting and the shaslik was even worst.Look I’m not one to slag off, but my night was ruined

Wouldn't even give it 1 star but I had to just to write a review. First time ordering from here and it will certainly be my last!! Food was just warm and the chicken in my curry was absolutely shocking! That hard I couldn't even put a fork through it and it was like chewing on a rubber band!! Also very expensive!
