McDonald's in Rossendale

It was very very busy and the staff although working very hard were unable to meet demand. There were long queues at the drive-thru, at the collection counter, waiting for table service and the drivers waiting for orders to deliver. The tables had not been cleared or cleaned. It was not what you expect at McDonalds so hoping it was a one off. I must stress that the staff absolutely were trying their best in a difficult situation with some tricky customers but the system failed. 😟

Convenience food cooked or warmed up and served by badly trained kids , no sugar for my coffee i asked for 2 no napkins and order wrong well done McDonald's you never fail to make my day . Ive gone from a regular customer to now n then prob avoid in future

Date 15th June 2022, time 13.00hrs, I was kept waiting at the drive thru, when I challenged the operator, I was told the screen was loading up, the other drive thru was working fine.No apology was given, food second standard , just about warm .Up your standards or customs will nor return.

Very nice place to enjoy food with family staff is very friendly and extra thing is hear you have wireless charging available near about 10 but you have to sit that particular table you can ask to the if you dont find

I order my food through just eat, and when it arrived three items including sauces were missing. We called the restaurant and I was told that I could get my food replaced and because I ordered through just eat I had to complain through them to get a refund. I could only get a refund for the food that was missing. But by the time I’d tried to sort the issue the rest of my food was cold. This is ridiculous as it’s not just eats fault that the food was missing. They don’t make the food. McDonald’s does. So I’m not sat here with stone cold food and the rest of it is missing.

Ordered on Uber Eats and paid extra for priority delivery (the delivery guy was great). He was sat there for nearly half an hour whilst they were sorting out our order. When it came it was cold, it looked like someone had taken a bite out of my big Mac (have pictures of this) and apparently if you ask for no lettuce you get very little sauce and two slices of gherkins too!!! Absolutely shocking food and worse than it is normally.

Very Busy, I ordered ahead. A member of staff called Sam. (Tall chap) was very polite and helpful.

Could not get bring to car service to work. It's their internet apparently. I,ve been to 2 others experiencing the same issues so I had to go through drive through.Very clean and smart looking on approach and quick service at drive thru

Beautiful restaurant... quick if your drive trough or delivery.... in restaurant over 10min waiting time in none busy periods.... when in reality its 5 min tops after midnight but things are cooked to order... 🤔

Hey McDonalds, you didnt forget something? Hahaha ordered fanta, cola and a hot drink. Guess who. 😀 By the way what is it? Filter from the machine?
