McDonald's - Rawtenstall in Rossendale

Food was cold and didn't receive the order we placed. Tried calling but surprisingly no reply after numerous calls. Will not be ordering food again

I go here regularly, usually spot on. But went on a tuesday night at about 11pm & was told they were closed. I was confused as the place is supposed to be open 24hrs.

Fast, good quality and reliable (managed to leave the nearby East Lancashire Railway station, get the food and get back in 15 minutes)

It was very very busy and the staff although working very hard were unable to meet demand. There were long queues at the drive-thru, at the collection counter, waiting for table service and the drivers waiting for orders to deliver. The tables had not been cleared or cleaned. It was not what you expect at McDonalds so hoping it was a one off. I must stress that the staff absolutely were trying their best in a difficult situation with some tricky customers but the system failed. 😟

Convenience food cooked or warmed up and served by badly trained kids , no sugar for my coffee i asked for 2 no napkins and order wrong well done McDonald's you never fail to make my day . Ive gone from a regular customer to now n then prob avoid in future

Got to say the staff here are very pleasant, polite and well most importantly for me well mannered,on every occasion we've visited.

I order my food through just eat, and when it arrived three items including sauces were missing. We called the restaurant and I was told that I could get my food replaced and because I ordered through just eat I had to complain through them to get a refund. I could only get a refund for the food that was missing. But by the time I’d tried to sort the issue the rest of my food was cold. This is ridiculous as it’s not just eats fault that the food was missing. They don’t make the food. McDonald’s does. So I’m not sat here with stone cold food and the rest of it is missing.

Very Busy, I ordered ahead. A member of staff called Sam. (Tall chap) was very polite and helpful.

Ordered on Uber Eats and paid extra for priority delivery (the delivery guy was great). He was sat there for nearly half an hour whilst they were sorting out our order. When it came it was cold, it looked like someone had taken a bite out of my big Mac (have pictures of this) and apparently if you ask for no lettuce you get very little sauce and two slices of gherkins too!!! Absolutely shocking food and worse than it is normally.

Beautiful restaurant... quick if your drive trough or delivery.... in restaurant over 10min waiting time in none busy periods.... when in reality its 5 min tops after midnight but things are cooked to order... 🤔
