My plaice Edenfield in Rossendale

Delicious fish, chips and a range of other chip shop goodies, all served crisp, fresh and flavoursome. Excellent re food intolerances and allergies.

Service slow!!! Very bossy owner felt intimidated maybe just for the locals?

Good food always passed this place and never been until of recent, would recommend, woman behind counter abit bossy 🤣, but good food

Just had a lovely cod and chips from My Plaice, was lovely and fresh, it was nice to see Wendy again always really friendly and accomadating. And the biscotti cheesecake was yummy! I would definitely recommend this chippy.

Fantastic fish and chips. Best to order ahead. I had a gluten free fish and chips which great. The fish was fantastic (and from scotland). Well popping over to edenfield.

1st time been on recommendation.Wasn’t disappointed the best fish and chips I ever had at a really good price.I’ve been brixham heartland of fish but the way they cook it down there poor. The fish at this chippy is hot full of fish that just melts in your moth with a gorgeous batter. The chips are the best I have ever had am fed up of other chippies selling greasy chips that stick to the paper. My plaice chips are fabulous. It was my first time and will be going again very soon.

Unbelievable fish and chips from the most helpful and friendly staff. Curry was to die for not many traditional fish and chip shops about but this one is one you will visit again and again.my friday chippy tea will be Thursdays as well now .

Looked forward to my fish and peas and my partner had rag pudding . What an awful experience. A small amount of very watery peas and a fish so small it wasn't worth the price we paid at all. Watery gravy on the pudding and a very small amount of chips. I feel they concentrate more on the packaging than what should be a great british friday treat.. They advertise shop local....we wont be recommending them to anyone. Very disappointed....if we hadn't been going to an app we would've taken them back!!!

Consistently good food and the fish is always tasty. The staff are very friendly. Phone orders are always answered promptly. In a league above the chip shop in Ramsbottom

Fab service and staff, really friendly atmosphere. Fish was superb! Only thing was my chips were a little pale and undercooked, but that's my taste, so not to say it's the opinion of others. Would definitely go again, as it could have been a 1 off. Also the pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
