Pizza Costa in Rossendale

Recently ordered a takeaway, waited 50mins, only to receive 6 chicken strips instead of 4pcs of chicken and no onions on the American burger... Wtaf..

DO NOT ORDER. Arrived 1 hr and 20 mins LATE, had 4 kids waiting for their tea, staff were rude, and lied to me when I asked where the food was, said it was with the driver but hadn't even been cooked. When it finally arrived, it was COLD and had no sauce on despite me writing in the comments.Used to be good service, not anymore.When I complained to the manager, he didn't sound bothered.

Food is always amazing from here! Always our take away of choice. We do try other take aways but Venice Stars remains our favourite. My favourite is the cheese garlic calzone 😋

The food itself is mostly above average and why I continue to order from here. The delivery drivers are all polite and pleasant. The man who answers the phone is totally rude and ignorant every time. I mostly prefer to order takeaway over the phone but this guy is the biggest advertisement for ordering on Just Eat that Just Eat could wish for. Overall, good food but rude phone guy lets it down.

I have for the past few years been a loyal customer. However, im sick and tired of my pizzas being delivered with the topping having slipped off , due to the box being tipped. Pizza base undercooked, and ordering a deep pan and getting a thin crust instead d. I think it's time to find another pizza place.Venture Street, Bacup

Waited way to long for food to arrive an hour and 20 minutes to be exact then in that time the restaurant had closed however my food did arrive but the pizzas where stale and the chips soggy like they had been stood for an hour I will not be ordering from here again! You pay for a service you atleast want it to be edible absolutely awful daylight robbery!!

Donner meat has changed!! Thick and full of grit was absolutely disgusting! Lost my custom and I’m sure they’ll loose many more, useD to be best kebabs in rossendale!

Ordered the 2x burger, chips and Pepsi meal deal from Just Eat. To find after id paid and been delivered that the meal deal only runs Monday to Thursday. My order was missing the 2 cans of Pepsi that i paid for then was charged if i wanted 2 cans dropping off. Disgusting! Miss selling products then charging whe the orders missing. When contacting them they said that they cant change the menu on Just Eat as it charges them. I probably wouldnt have left this review but the burger was bland and the salad only consisted of onion and lettuce ?! Surely its expected to have cucumber and tomato too as standard Salad?!I complained to Just Eat about their customer service and being Miss Sold their produce....JustEat gave me a nice gift voucher for inconvenience and good will gesture

Wonderfully deliciously tasty food. Large menu to choose from. Cheap. Can order online, pay by credit/debit card. Usually deliver well within allocated time. Good local knowledge of local roads/addresses. Use regularly and never had a problem.
