Tony's Pizza and Kebab House in Rossendale

Best Takerway in Rossendale most of the time always get orders right just messed up the order once but my mum rang them up and they sent an replacement order overall this place is fabulous and I’ve been going for years and I will continue to stick with this place and customer service is awesome.Thank you very much Tony and your colleagues for such a fabulous lots of years and I always stick with you it’s not often you get a nice takerway and good customer service as this you all should try this place for people’s living between Bacup and Rawtenstall.

Precisely stated no onions on the burger. Looks like they put extra on. When I rang up they sent another out, with no chips (needed new chips cause it’s contaminated with onions) so I’m half a meal down because some inbecile can’t read or write obviously.

Amazing take away always listen to what I write in the notes and only place that can make chips and cheese the way I like thank you :)

Had chicken kebab was so tasty

I have had takeaways from here many times, the food is delicious! Its always hot, fresh, tasty and I have not found fault with anything I have ordered. I would like to see more vegetarian items on the menu as other takeaways in the area have a greater variety. The kitchen area looks clean however the customer waiting area could do with a lick of tasteful paint. My one big criticism of this place is the frontage.... the tacky pictures in the windows of burgers and kebabs look horrendous, please remove them and the place would look loads better

Mixed chicken meat kebab chips .. arrived cold .. no salad when I had ordered/ paid for it .. disappointed .. wont be going back

Love Tony's great fast food nothing fancy but tasty

Second time theve got my order wrong n wen i paid for something its always missing im sick of ringing up complaining food is good n ino its only twice but dnt think ill b ordering from there again

Placed an order online in the afternoon so that it would arrive as I got home from work. Order two lamb and chicken kebabs (because I really enjoyed them previously) delivery was due at 6pm, still not arrived at 6:30pm, called the shop and they said it would be here in 2 minutes, 25 minutes later the delivery arrived but they had only sent 1 kebab.Called the shop again and at first was told that 2 fresh kebabs would be sent, then was told 1 kebab will be sent. Hey presto.. when the second delivery came they brought a tray of meat, no naan bread, no kebab, and a garlic bread, called the shop again, angry by this point and was told "we will send a naan bread in ten minutes"........seriously... The first kebab was cold to begin with and now this... Totally ruined meal and bad experience. Not good for a business in a small town.
