Loved our 1st family visit to Bella Italia at Salford Quays, we were staying in the area for a few days, but what made it extra special were the staff. Waitress Diana is amazing, nothing to much trouble, very attentive to our needs, a real gem of an employee and a credit to the company. Also the manager charged our mobile phone batteries for us, so helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I’ve been to many Bella Italia restaurants but I have to say this one was nicer than others. As soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and attentive, they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was really delicious and yes, it’s slightly expensive but the quality was certainly good. Will call again if in the area.

The food was amazing me and my friend both went for the set menu. Great prices, great service especially from Alex who was attentive and friendly. Honestly can’t recommend it enough!!

We went on a Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant was packed, but the service was friendly and efficient. There were five of us and we had the saver menu, two courses for £13.99. The meals were extremely delicious, both the main and the dessert, however the vegan pasta dish was disappointing as it was just pasta and tomatoes with the cheese taken out, therefore lacking in taste. Also the vegan option was considerably smaller than the non vegan portions! Please, please think about making the vegan options as great as the rest of your menu.u.

Only had food from here via takeaway. Ordered a pizza. Lovely base with amazing puree sauce, meatballs, chicken, bacon and cheese. It was delicious. Bella Italia is situated on entrance to the right. It's a dainty restaurant which I love and gives you a vintage feeling while being in there. Staff are polite and friendly plus they follow the code and wear masks.

Great food, great service. On the expensive side though, advise you do NOT take them up on any sides. Tasted great but small portions and sky high prices. They then add 10% "optional" service charge which only their Manager can remove if asked. Staff then harass you until you leave.

Food & Service was excellent. Bruschetta, Dough Balls & Duck Ragu was amazing 😍 I took my lemon parcel dessert home as I was stuffed (There was 4) 🍋

As with all Bella Italias, overpriced for what you get. The dishes tasted fairly nice, but were really small, especially considering the price I paid for them - the pictures don't do it justice. We paid nearly £4 for the rosemary chips, which consisted of about 10 chips in a small pot. Unfortunately the glass that came with my water was dirty, smudges and grease marks all around the rim, with an oamnge speck of food to top it off. Unfortunately found a small hair in my pasta towards the bottom of the bowl. Service was quick and friendly, can't fault the staff.
