Hotel room clean, a furnishings need updating, a plug sockets in odd places such as next to entrance door at light switch height.It is quiet an staff were friendly. The staying here for business.My major complaint the wicker chair

Great as a budget place to stay, staff are really friendly and welcoming. The accommodation block looks very tired and the rooms are the same. For the price you can't go wrong. Lots of places to eat by just crossing the road that are 24 hours and there is also a retail park with lots of different shops.

Pleasant, clean room. Very friendly, efficient check in staff. Excellent free car parking facilities on site. Costs less than £7 for an Uber into city centre

Basic but very usable rooms, staff nice and helpful with free parking and close enough to town to walk in.I had a couple of days work in Manchester and it was the free parking that made me choose this hotel. There are shops and food outlets close by and I will certainly be booking here again in the near future.

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel food nice, All take away foods in short walking distance. Lovely Salford Quays and Old Trafford FC short walk across road and Can see towering Manchester City Centre just over a mile away. Plenty Hotel parking.

I arrived at morning at 01:00 am from London, the parking was full no place….just park the car infront of reception. Rude unwelcoming staff, very disappointed ☹️.They charged for breakfast but I can’t have because just 10 minutes late….😡No room service availableThere is no tissue paper in the roomNeed alot improvements…. Absolutely not recommend

Would give less stars if possible.Very disappointed with our stay.The systems were down when we checked in which caused a delay, but we didn't mind as the staff were doing all they could.Onve checked in, Doors wouldn't open with our card so we had to go back down to reception. Got that sorted and finally got to our room (which smelled of cigarette smoke) sat on the bed and it moved about 2 foot, I almost ended up on the floor! My partner noticed that one of the towels were blood stained... Good thing we had showered at home.I walked out of the bathroom and another guest let themselves into our room (whilst I was getting ready) as she had also been checked in to that room!! As you can imagine this was a shock to us both. Reception apologised but tried to blame the other guest for being on her phone. We spent the night (out) wondering if our belongings were safe and if we would get back to someone else in our bed!!Thankfully we only booked a one night stay as the hotel was awful.Mentioned the ordeal again when checking out and the staff couldn't have been less interested.I know that this is a 'budget' hotel but nobody should have there privacy taken away like that.

This hotel has a great location for Manchester if your travelling in from out of town ... service was very helpful and friendly but the rooms are tired looking and in serious need of updating... I cant say I would stay again but you most certainly pay for what you get

Really good hotel for a budget one, yes it's a bit tired but for the price can't complain. We had breakfast and dinner during our weekend stay and food was fantastic, there is also a large car park on site, but the staff are the real selling point, everyone we interacted with were so pleasant and helpful.Will hopefully be back again.

Hotel room is clean and tidy. Had a meal in the restaurant which was rubbish. Paid £12 for fish n chips which should hve come with mushy peas and tartare sauce, had to ask for peas n sauce n when it came 10 mins later they weren't mushy. Think they need to sort kitchen staff!
