Burger King in Salford

Had to give it a star but would have preferred 0. Managed to get 5 drinks wrong. 2 coffees came as hot water as there was no coffee in the machine. What a performance to make them understand. Finally spoke to someone who was supposed to be in charge when she got off her backside and phone and came to the counter. Worst service ever!

We've spent £31 in 3 burgers and one side of cheesy bites.They expected me to have the cheese bites without any sauce as 'It doesn't come with any'Manager refused to give me any extra sauces (ketchup, mayo) as he considered 3 was enough for us 3 and wanted to charge me extra when I requested them upon collection.I have never been charged for mayo but I wouldn't mind if it was explained when I was placing my order, he iust left me waiting for the things I requested and decided to ignore me and walked away. How come it is so hard to hand me a few more?This is so embarrassing, ridiculous and petty. My dad had to get up 2 different times to get us napkins and then straws. (Only came back with 3 napkins, as it was all they gave him)I'm assuming they want to save pennies hoarding sachets of mayo and napkins but it clearly reflects very negatively on the brand. The "Manager" was very rude, no sense of costumer service and zero kindness.My dad's burger was a mess and looked quite burnt but he ate it because OBVIOUSLY this great Manager wouldn' have done anything about it. There was nothing to expect.Even this complaint feels stupid. Who complaints on BK?Why someone ordering a burger in a food court has to have such an uncomfortable experience over mayo and napkins that should have been provided and complimentary on the first place?

Absolute shambles we paid for 5 meals what you could call 5 anyway 2 kids meals yeah great for kids,I had a crispy chicken meal the bun fell apart the chicken could bounce off a wall it was that dry,the missis had a whopper clearly the cow the slaughtered for the meat was a vegan or seriously under weight,but double melt meal wow was literally bite size absolutely depressing and disappointing kids are still moaning their hungry and for that money I'd be full at McDonald's or kfc,I wouldn't winge or be a 'Karen' if it was busy but Jesus christ it was dead.

Used to look forward to my Wednesday BK in Salford. But no longer until BK pull out of Russia.

Painfully slow service at lunchtime. Please recruit more staff!

BK has improved a lot since I last had a meal from them, about 10 years ago. The burgers are better constructed and have better flavour, the fries are thicker and not as salty. BK is better and tastier than McD's

Absolutely terrible first no milkshakes fair enough. no tray no ketchup no straws no napkins offered staff were very nice. But wouldn’t go again

We had the chicken royale meal,which was very nice, quick service to, no salt though 🙄mmmmm chips need salt or barbecue sauce

Kieron and Jimmy were able to sort out my meal. They were very helpful and wonderful to deal with!

I ordered fish burger, thought it would be great as McDonald,, but unfortunately it wasn't, it was something I can do it by my own in my home, I disappointed 😥😢😞
