Costa Coffee - Media City UK in Salford

Not the best visit sadly. Maybe it was just a bad day but tables were not clean, seemed to be understaffed and seeing a couple of flys buzzing about the cakes put me of getting a cake! As soon as I mentioned it she removed the cake the fly had been on but sadly how many other cakes had it been on.Staff are polite if not rushed and do their best.

Went here today because craft beer was shut bank holiday what a shame. Unhelpful and awkward young man on the till I asked him for a cinnamon late he went across to look said no didn't give me any alternative so he asked someone else I also bought a bottle of water he never asked do I want a glass with ice I had to ask for it I also have got free drinks he never asked did I want to get one also bought sandwiches I had to ask for plates also when he was lining up the trays he moved mine at an ankle so I could get it I had to move it back poor service from Costa and he needs further training as he did not know what he was doing also we never got any knives

Lovely spot close to all amenities. Very nice friendly staff, also very busy. Lovely selection of foods

Great spot for coffee, if you're lucky you may spot a celebrity or two!! We've seen Claudia Winkleman and Tom Daley...

Staff were friendly throughout our visit. Lovely drinks served on a cold afternoon.

Has been very good to me until today.There should be a sign of what time the place is open. I was in today, checked the website it says the place is open at 6:30. Arrived at 7:58 but the automatic door wasn't open and there were two people talking inside. So, I had to knock. The lady open the door was like "We are open in 2 minutes" and I said "I am sorry I can't see the sign and you are in there so I thought something is not right with the door". She did not even say sorry and walked away as if I was asking for a kidney.I am sure you will remember me if you read this review!

A good place to grab a bite and a drink before visiting Van Gogh experience, its standard Costa Fair, but I particularly liked the very clean loos.

Relaxed Costa next to the BBC studios at Salford Quays. Quick service here in a relaxed environment. You do see faces from the television around here if you enjoy celeb spotting!
