Costa Coffee - Salford SC in Salford

The staff it’s very friendly but only one guy he was very rude with me and with all the customers, and also I ask him to prepare to me a cappuccino not very hot and he was hot!! I burned my tongue , Tbh I not gonna come anymore there … and also he sell to me the food not fresh….

If its coffee you like while out shopping, Costa,s the place.

Normally I enjoy a quick coffee at Costa's but this branch was terrible. The Americano tasted burnt and old, and the frappe had greasy whipped cream.

Good service and nice staff. Can get busy with online orders so the in store queues can be long

Staff are very nice but they are selling cakes not fresh at all. At least if you are asking more that 2 pounds for one, you should to sell products with not more that three days. This cake is hard to eat.

It's warm here to sit.. nice coffee ☕ and nice place to sit.

It was my first visit to this branch of Costa, the shop is laid out the usual way but even though it was busy it felt big & able to accommodate everyone. it was clean with welcoming staff too. Brilliant!

We ordered one oat latte and a cold mocha but we were given and charged for oat chocolate and cold chocolate. After enquiring what drink it is they said chocolate and I was like but I ordered oat latte. They later did change it and it was really good, one of the best oat latte I ever had but the cold chocolate wasn't that good according to my husband who had it. He said he had better ones before. We asked for water and they were really nice and gave iced water. As we planned to sit and do some work with our laptops it was hard to find sits with plug sockets close to it.
